Research On Green Technology Innovation Strategy Under The Background Of High-Quality Development Of Company S

High-quality development is an innovation-driven economy and a high value-added growth mode with high efficiency,energy conservation,environmental protection.Green innovation which based on green technology can effectively drive manufacturing enterprises to achieve green transformation,and then promote the economy to achieve high-quality development.Zhejiang Province is strong in private economy,manufacturing and foreign trade.It is a pioneer and demonstrator of green development.Household manufacturing industry is an important part of Zhejiang’s manufacturing industry,as well as one of the main forces of Zhejiang’s export and private enterprises.Since 2018,Zhejiang household manufacturing enterprise have been affected by external factors such as "trade protectionism","global COVID-19","price rise of bulk raw materials",and "Russia-Ukraine conflict".The enterprises have encountered many unprecedented challenges and difficulties.How to achieve high-quality development is deeply troubled for these enterprises.This thesis carried out the research with the form of single case study,and made a retrospective summary and analysis of the green transformation of Company S which based on the green transformation and green innovation theory.With the help of key green milestones incident,the green transformation process of Company S has been divided into the traditional development period,the green exploration period and the green transformation period,and the green transformation process model of "driving factor-innovation subject-transformation form-result" has also been constructed.Based on the actual situation of the case enterprises,a green transformation evaluation system was established to quantitatively evaluate the achievements and problems of the enterprises’ green transformation process.The 24 indicators in six aspects like: green culture transformation,green strategy transformation,green innovation transformation,green input transformation,green production transformation and green emission transformation has been considered.According to the existing theories of green transformation,green innovation and green technology innovation,the process framework of green transformation of manufacturing enterprises is defined and selected,and carry out validation analysis and research with the green transformation experience of Sheng Hong Group as a benchmark case.It is concluded that Company S should rely on green technology innovation to deepen green transformation.After determining the guiding ideology and objectives of deepening green transformation strategy,the main contents of deepening green transformation strategy are defined,including enhancing green technology innovation ability which is based on green alliance,creating excellent product strength of green products based on green concept,developing green process technology innovation which is based on green manufacturing,and building new industrial ecology which is based on green recycling technology.The implementation of the deepening green transformation strategy is carried out step by step in accordance with the priorities.The initial implementation starts with some aspects like optimizing the organizational structure,strengthening energy conservation and emission reduction,and strengthening the talent pool.The next step is to gradually promote from the promotion of green recycling projects,the promotion of the technical transformation of production lines.The comprehensive implementation will be promoted by promoting the construction of green technology innovation alliances,producing high-end green recyclable products,and promoting the green development of industrial chains.In the end,putting forward the safeguard measures of deepening green transformation strategy in regard to the system,human resources,capital,supply chain,information technology.This thesis aims to drive Company S to achieve a higher level of green transformation development through green technology innovation,so as to bring inspiration to Zhejiang household manufacturing industry and help them achieve the high-quality development.
