| In June 2016,the General Office of the State Council issued an instruction on promoting the stable growth,restructuring and increasing benefits of the building materials industry to guide the building materials industry to accelerate the pace of adaptation.The cement industry must seize this opportunity,promote supply-side structural reforms,address energy glut,and achieve sustainable and coordinated development.In September 2020,the "double carbon" policy proposed in green cement industry,environmental protection and development put forward the highest requirements.Like the high energy industry,the cement industry will have to spend a lot of resources while ensuring pollution prevention,and the economic investment,management level and operation cost of reducing green emissions are the same.It is directly related to the economic benefits of the cement company.Therefore,in the context of energy conservation,emission reduction and sustainable development,it is of great importance to introduce a scientific and effective assessment system for a comprehensive assessment of companies’ investments in environmental protection and pollution control.Improving the quality,efficiency and stability of the cement industry.Based on the above practice and principles,it is based on a survey of 13 cement listed companies in China from 2019 to 2021,and taking into account economic and environmental factors,SBM-DEA is a model used to measure the environmental performance of the industry.Cement company.This article first defines a good theoretical framework,combs the literature related to environmental indicators and lays the theoretical basis for research.Secondly,based on the analysis of the current situation with environmental problems in the cement industry and the features of cement production,paper and the method of combined analysis of compared environmental indicators.Then,it is more appropriate to use the SBM model because of the cement production environment of the enterprise.Select indicators to assess the effectiveness of environmental activities,reflect the characteristics of the cement of the enterprise,and establish a system to assess the effectiveness of environmental activities.Finally,applying the environmental performance evaluation system,the enterprise status "cement nut" measures the environmental performance according to the measurement and analysis results of the enterprise status,excavates the enterprise’s status in environmental management,and determines the industrial site to improve the management level environment In order to further verify the environmental performance evaluation,this paper emphasizes the feasibility of the SBM-DEA model in evaluating environmental management through the universe method and end-of-service reward.The study shows that lack of awareness of environmental compliance,redundant investments in environmental protection and an inadequate organizational structure limit the improvement of the environmental performance of cement companies,and the study reveals that optimizing and modernizing the size of enterprises has a promotional effect on environmental performance.The conclusion of the research is an important reference point for cement companies to improve the level of environmental management and also serves as a reference for further research on environmental performance assessment. |
