Study On The Influence Of Cultural Service Quality Of Urban Park Ecosystem On Public Happiness

High quality urban park ecosystem cultural services are an important way to implement the construction of ecological civilization,improve the quality of public life and recreation happiness.At present,the researches on ecosystem cultural services are mostly carried out from the perspectives of ecology,environmental geography and other disciplines,while the researches on public management are few and lack a unified concept definition.In addition,with the high-quality economic development and continuous progress of our society,the supply and demand of cultural services in the urban ecosystem is unbalanced,the existing domestic city park ecosystem cultural services cannot meet the public’s desire for a rich and diverse spiritual and cultural life,further requirements to focus on the public ecosystem cultural services demand and happiness,aimed at green development as the premise,Improve our urban public green space ecosystem cultural service efficiency.Therefore,from the research perspective of public administration,this thesis combines ecology,environmental science and environmental psychology,etc.,and proposes a model of the relationship between the perceived quality of ecosystem cultural services and public happiness,and introduces the matching degree of ecosystem cultural services supply and demand as the regulating variable to further explore the influence mechanism and relationship between the two.Tianjin Water Park and Beining Park were selected as sample areas.On the basis of referring to the relevant scales proposed by previous scholars and combining with the actual situation of the study area,this thesis designed an evaluation scale for the perceived quality of cultural services of urban park ecosystem,the matching degree of supply and demand and the public recreation happiness,which was in line with the research background.SPSS statistical analysis software was used to test the basic data such as descriptive statistical analysis,factor analysis and correlation analysis of 528 valid questionnaires collected.Moreover,hierarchical regression analysis was used to verify the theoretical model,that is,to test whether the two hypotheses proposed in the study were valid.Finally,this study draws the following conclusions:(1)The perceived quality of cultural services of urban park ecosystem as a whole and all parts have significant positive effects on public well-being;(2)When the matching degree of cultural service supply and demand of urban park ecosystem was introduced as a moderating variable,it had a positive moderating effect on the relationship between perceived quality of cultural service of urban park ecosystem and public happiness.In this thesis,specific countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to improve the quality of cultural services in urban park ecosystem,promote the balance between supply and demand of cultural services in the ecosystem,and enhance public happiness.It was believed that Chinese urban parks should focus on improving the quality of cultural services in the ecosystem,focus on public demand and perception,and vigorously promote the balance lever of cultural services supply and demand.Innovate the mode and content of cultural service,make full use of existing service resources to build characteristic parks,and improve the supply efficiency of cultural service.
