Study On The Quality Of Operating Assets Of ZY Environmental Protection Company

A company is a collection of resources,and the resources it owns or controls have a significant impact on its business performance and competitiveness.If a company wants to operate sustainably,it needs to make reasonable use of existing resources and create new ones.For most enterprises,the efficiency of asset utilization greatly affects their management level.Operational assets are assets held by enterprises in their daily business activities for the purpose of profit.As a key component of enterprise assets,they play a crucial role in the development of the enterprise.The quality of operational assets can reflect the profitability level of the enterprise and help managers better understand its business situation.With the continuous promotion of the concept of green development,the green industry has received attention from all walks of life,and the environmental protection industry,as the main force of the green industry,plays a crucial role.However,compared to developed countries,China’s environmental protection industry has problems such as small industrial scale,uneven regional development,and unstable profitability.Based on this background,this article selects measurement indicators suitable for the quality of operational assets of environmental protection industry enterprises,and selects the wastewater treatment industry in this industry as the research scope.At the same time,ZY Environmental Protection Company,which has been listed in the wastewater treatment industry for a long time,is the research object,Research on the quality of operating assets of ZY Environmental Protection Company.This article uses a qualitative and quantitative research method to describe the concept and composition of operational assets based on the relevant theories of operational asset quality.Divide the quality of operational assets into five evaluation dimensions: turnover,value-added,availability,existence,and growth;Subsequently,the case study method is used to analyze the operating environment,scale and quality of operating assets of ZY Environmental Protection Company;Then,entropy method and TOPSIS method are used to horizontally compare the operational asset quality of ZY Environmental Protection Company with that of the same industry to identify the gap between the company and leading enterprises.Finally,through the research on the quality of operating assets of ZY Environmental Protection Company,it is concluded that the company has the following problems: First,the liquidity of operating assets is not strong;Second,the overall profit of the enterprise is low;Third,the realization rate of operating assets is relatively low.And put forward the following three countermeasures: First,improve the accounts receivable management system,optimize fund management;Second,develop a cost management plan to increase external financing;Third,improve the industrial layout and increase investment income.I hope to provide reference for the development of ZY Environmental Protection Company and provide reference for enterprises in the same industry.
