Research On The Evaluation And Countermeasures Of Environmentl Protection Industry In Shaanxi

The environmental protection industry is a strategic emerging industry in China.It is an important guarantee for the healthy and sustainable development of the regional economy and even the overall strategy.At present,the environmental protection industry in Shaanxi is in the golden age of development，and the opportunities and challenges of development exist,simultaneously.Therefore,it is of positive theoretical and practical significance to study the development evaluation and countermeasures of it to promote the sustainable and healthy development and enrich the theory and practice of environmental protection industry.On the basis of environmental economics theory,industrial life cycle theory and sustainable development theory,the paper clarify the definition and classification of environmental protection industry,analyzing it’s main affecting factors from the general situation,Three different angles are taken as to evaluate the development of environmental protection industry in Shaanxi,and then the author put forward some pertinent suggestions from the status of industrial development and the results of evaluation.The main work of the thesis is embodied in the following three aspects.Firstly,the development process of environmental protection industry in Shaanxi province is carefully combed,the paper inspect the development of environnmental protection industry in Shaanxi province since 1996,and then make qualitative recognition of the,development stage of it.concluding that before 2007,the enviromnental protection industry in Shaanxi was in the period of industrial introduction.It is divided into two stages:the 1972-1997 year is the beginning of the unordered development of the industry,and the 1998-2006 year is the orderly development stage which shows the combination of industry management and government planning.During the period from 2007 to 13th Five-Year(2016-2020),the environmental protection industry in Shaanxi will continue to grow at a high speed.Next to it,the paper examines the current situaftion and problems of environmental protection industry in Shaanxi Province,laying a realistic foundation for the evaluation and countermeasures.Based on it,the paper analyzes the main factors that affect the development of environmental protection industry in Shaanxi,providing reference for the comprehensive evaluation later.Secondly,the paper appraise the environmental protection industry of Shaanxi the evaluation and countermeasures.Based on it,the paper analyzes the main factors that affect the development of environmental protection industry in Shaanxi,providing reference for the comprehensive province from three angles,which are:using the model of industrial life cycle to judge the development stage of Shaanxi’s environmental protection industry,concludig that the development of it is in the growing period of development at present;The weight of Shaanxi province’s environmental protection industry is evaluated by entropy weight method to make comprehensive evaluation of the development level of it.By comparing and analyzing the environmental protection industry in typical provinces of China,the advantages and disadvantages of Shaanxi’s environmental protection industry in the process of development are understood.Finally,based on the development status of environmental protection industry in Shaanxi,combining the empirical analysis results,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the problems in the development of environmental protection industry in Shaanxi,including:(1)Continuously increase the investment in environmental protection industry;(2)Improve the proportion of environmental service industry and optimize the environmental protection industry machine construction;(3)Strengthen the government’s guiding role on environmental protection industry;(4)Promote the agglomeration effect of environmental protection industry and promote the construction of environmental protection industrial park in an all-round way;(5)Promote public awareness of environmental protection and strengthen government supervision.And make a summary of the research content of the full text.I hope this article can enrich the theory of the research on the development of environmental protection industry in China,and play a certain reference role to the development of the environmental protection industry in Shaanxi province and the policy making by the government to promote the development of the industry.
