Research On Optimization Of YA Chemical Safety Production Responsibility Management

Safety is efficiency and the greatest competitiveness of enterprises.Only by ensuring safety and compliance can enterprises continuously expand their competitive advantage.Since the 18 th National Congress National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee has attached great importance to safety production,and General Secretary Xi has repeatedly issued important instructions emphasizing the importance of safety production work.Therefore,under the new historical conditions,strictly implementing the requirements of safety production work is not only the need to implement the national development concept,but also the prerequisite for achieving high-quality development of enterprises.As a pesticide manufacturer,YA Chemical Co.,Ltd.involves the high-risk nitrification process under key supervision,and the first workshop and tank farm constitute a major hazard source of level III and level IV respectively,with high accident risk and great accident hazard.Therefore,strengthening the management of production safety responsibility,reducing production safety risks,and preventing accidents are very important for the healthy and sustainable development of YA Chemical Co.,Ltd.This study aims to analyze the possible problems in the safety production responsibility management system of YA Chemical Co.,Ltd.,and then propose the optimization strategy of YA Chemical safety production responsibility management.This study first analyzes the current situation of YA chemical safety production responsibility management through field research and literature analysis,and deeply explores the establishment,implementation and assessment of YA chemical safety production responsibility system.On this basis,through data analysis and questionnaire survey and other research methods to further analyze the problem,it is found that YA Chemical Co.,Ltd.has problems such as incomplete safety production responsibility chain,insufficient implementation of safety production responsibility,and examine safety production responsibilities as a mere formality,and discusses the reasons behind the problems.Finally,based on the basic theories such as Heinrich’s law,risk management theory,and Masno’s hierarchy of needs,the strategy of optimizing the safety production responsibility management of YA Chemical is proposed from four aspects: improving the safety production responsibility system,improving the ability of employees to perform responsibilities,building a dual prevention mechanism to promote the implementation of safety production responsibility,and strengthening the assessment of safety production responsibility.Through the in-depth study of YA Chemical Co.,Ltd.’s safety production responsibility management,this paper puts forward practical and effective management optimization solutions,which can effectively improve the level of YA Chemical safety production responsibility management and lay a solid safety foundation for the long-term development of the enterprise.The results of this paper are also applicable to other similar chemical enterprises,which can provide reference and reference for the entire chemical industry to solve the problem of safety production responsibility management and improve safety production conditions.
