Under the growing economic take-off,the amount of urban domestic waste is increasing due to the sharp rise in the number of urban residents,bringing urgency to the management of domestic waste and at the same time putting forward huge requirements for the efficiency of waste collection and transportation.In the whole process of waste collection and transportation,the waiting time of vehicles in the transfer station accounts for more,which will affect the overall operation efficiency of the transfer station,so it is very important to consider the queuing time of domestic waste collection and transportation.Secondly,in the actual waste collection and transportation,there is not a single model of collection vehicle,and it is more relevant to consider the research of waste collection and transportation of multiple models.In addition,in the actual waste collection process,the existence of various uncertainties may also have an impact on the optimal results of the waste collection scheme.Therefore,this thesis takes the multi-vehicle domestic waste collection path considering the queuing time as the research object,constructs the waste collection model under the deterministic and uncertain environments,and achieves the goal of reducing the total cost of collection and queuing time through reasonable path optimization.In terms of algorithm design,a simulated annealing algorithm and a combination of three domain search operators,SWAP,INS and INV,are used to perform a deep search for the solution.Finally,an empirical study on the optimization of domestic waste collection paths is conducted with transfer stations and waste collection points in Nanan District,Chongqing.Firstly,the mathematical model considering queuing time and the model without queuing time are solved and comparatively analyzed with the deterministic environment as the research background,then,on the basis of considering queuing time,the model is established with the uncertain environment as the research background,and the model is transformed by using the opportunity constrained planning method to solve the collection and transportation solutions under different confidence levels,and the collection and transportation solutions under the deterministic environment are The model is compared and analyzed.The research results show that the model considering queuing time can effectively reduce the waiting time and working time of vehicles at the transfer station,reduce the proportion of queuing time in the whole waste collection process,improve the efficiency of vehicles,and then improve the overall operation efficiency of the transfer station,and the model considering queuing time designed in this thesis can also optimize the fixed cost of waste collection.In addition,the model considering the uncertainty of garbage volume can obtain a better collection solution,and its garbage collection cost and time are improved,and different confidence level will affect the collection effect,and the garbage collection cost and queuing time will increase with the increase of confidence level.In addition,the uncertainty of waste volume will affect the optimization effect of the collection scheme,making the collection scheme in a deterministic environment infeasible in an uncertain environment,and it will also lead to the inefficient and costly operation of the waste collection system.The uncertain model is more practical and can provide more accurate and feasible solutions for decision makers,which is more practical.
