With the development of the times and society,the advantages of labor and resources in China’s industrial production are not as significant as in the past,and social and economic development gradually relies on the promotion of high-tech.At the critical stage of the transformation of the national economic structure,the development of small and medium-sized enterprises is conducive to creating harmonious labor relations on the one hand,and also conducive to achieving a virtuous circle of competition in our market on the other hand.However,with the increasingly fierce competition,small and medium-sized enterprises,without establishing a reasonable incentive mechanism,performance management mechanism and compensation mechanism,will cause a very serious talent crisis,while small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises themselves have a high thirst for talent,and the outbreak of the talent crisis will have a fatal impact on the subsequent development of the enterprise.Technical employees are the core human resources for the sustainable development of small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises.This thesis focuses on the compensation satisfaction of technical employees in a municipal private scientific and technological innovation enterprise.Combining theory and practice,it analyzes the organizational structure of JH Company,the characteristics of technical employees,the content of compensation management,and so on,and then carries out a survey of the compensation satisfaction of its technical employees in the form of a questionnaire,According to the results of the questionnaire,it can be found that the salary satisfaction of the technical employees of JH Company is low,reflecting that there are many problems in the company’s current employee salary management,such as the lack of fair and reasonable performance appraisal,the salary level and welfare level are lower than the industry average,and the lack of a complete and scientific salary system.Finally,this thesis further improves the salary management system of JH Company from the perspective of improving the performance appraisal scheme,salary system,welfare system,information communication and disclosure system.Through the research of this thesis,the established salary satisfaction evaluation model and the proposed salary management plan can provide important reference for China’s small and medium-sized scientific and technological enterprises to strengthen the salary management of technical talents and improve the salary satisfaction of technical talents,which will be more conducive to fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of technical talents in enterprise research and development and production activities,and promote the sustainable development of enterprises,And then make due contributions to regional economic construction.
