Today,with the rapid development of society and the uncontrolled activities of human beings,the pollution of heavy metals is becoming more and more serious in soil.It brings irreversible harm to agricultural production and human health,which has attracted the attention of researchers,so a variety of remediation technologies emerge in endlessly.This study applies fertilizers to Sedum hybridum grown in flower pots and in the field: PASP(polyaspartic acid),Cg(Cenococcum geophilum Fr.),Sl(Suillus Sp.)to strengthen the accumulation of heavy metals cadmium and lead in Sedum hybridum;study the combination of different strains of fermentation broth and PASP Influence on the morphology of Cd and Pb in the root soil of Sedum hybridum;and screen out the best combination method to strengthen the extraction of Cd and Pb from Sedum hybridum.Improve the extraction efficiency of heavy metals by plants through field application,with a view to increasing the yield and quality of crop products,and improving and preventing soil pollution of heavy metals.The main results of this research are as follows:The potted Sedum hybridum was applied with microbial fermentation broth and PASP(polyaspartic acid)to enhance its absorption and accumulation of heavy metals.By comparing the extraction and content of heavy metals in each treatment group and the control group,and combining the transfer factors and the bioconcentration factors of each treatment group bioconcentration factor to screen out the best combination to promote the accumulation of Cd and Pb in Sedum hybridum.The Sedum hybridum was planted in plastic pots containing in-situ heavy metal contaminated soil for experimentation.The experiment set up 6 treatments: Control treatment,Cg treatment,SL treatment,PASP treatment,Cg+PASP treatment,SL+PASP treatment.The results of the study showed that,compared with the control group without any fermentation broth and PASP,Cg,SL,PASP,Cg+PASP treatments can promote plant growth to varying degrees.Among them,SL promotes the most obvious effect at 30 days,and PASP can promote it even more at 60 days.The Cd extraction amount of Sedum hybridum after fermentation broth and PASP treatment increased.Cg treatment promoted the highest Cd extraction of plants at 30 days,and the maximum Pb extraction amount of SL treatment.The maximum amount of Cd extracted in SL processing is 60 days.PASP treatment has the best effect in promoting Pb extraction of Sedum hybridum.According to the translocation factor,after 30 days,SL+PASP treatment can transfer Cd from the roots of Sedum to the ground most effectively,and Cg treatment can transfer Pb from the roots to the ground most effectively.After 60 days,Cg treatment was the most effective in transferring Cd from the root to the ground,and Cg+PASP treatment had the best effect in transferring Pb from the root to the ground.After 30 days and 60 days treatments of Sedum hybridum,compared with the control,other treatments increased the effective state of Cd and Pb in the root soil.Among them,the SL+PASP treatment increased the most obvious.As the time went by,the available metal content of rhizosphere soil in Sedum hybridum decreased after 60 days.Apply microbial fermentation broth and PASP(polyaspartic acid)to Sedum hybridum grown in the field to enhance its absorption and accumulation of heavy metals.By comparing the extraction amount and content of heavy metals in each treatment group and the control group,and combining the transfer factor and bioconcentration factor of each treatment group,the best combination to promote the accumulation of Cd and Pb in Sedum hybridum was screened out.The Sedum hybridum was planted in farm soil contaminated by heavy metals for experiments.The experiment set up 6 treatments: Control treatment,Cg treatment,SL treatment,PASP treatment,Cg+PASP treatment,SL+PASP treatment.The results of the study showed that compared with the control group without any fermentation broth and PASP,the biomass of Sedum hybridum after treatment was reduced,and the reduction in Cg+PASP treatment was the most obvious.The PASP treatment had the best effect on promoting the extraction of Cd after 30 days and 60 days treatments of Sedum hybridum,the PASP treatment was the most effective to promote the extraction of Pb by plants after 30 days treatment,and the SL+PASP treatment had the best Pb extraction effect after 60 days.From the perspective of the transfer factor,Sedum hybridum treated with PASP can effectively transfer Cd from the root of the plant to the above ground.After 30 days of PASP treatment,the Sedum hybridum can effectively transfer Pb from the underground to the ground.After applying fermentation broth and PASP to Sedum hybridum,the available Cd and Pb content of soil roots increased.PASP treatment increased the effective content of Cd and Pb most obviously after 30 days,and SL treatment could increase the effective content of Cd most after 60 days.
