Abstract/Summary:
The purpose of this research is to study the technology of extraction citric acid from fermentation broth. The main process and its result are as follows:1. The qualitative analysis method of citric acid in fermentation broth: the paper chromatography.(1) Analysis qualification of the paper chromatography:Use Xin-Hua 3# filter paper and cut in 30cm×20cm, and drip with a small amount for several time. The proportion (v/v) of developing agents is n-butanol: formic acid:water:acetic:acid=4:1:4:1, and develop longitudinally at the temperature of 20℃ to 25℃. Use 2g/L bromocresol green-ethanol solution as the exposing agent. After dry at 100℃ for 10mins , the yellow spots will be clearly seen on the green paper.(2) Qualitative analysis: Determine the purity of sample by measuring and calculating R_f value of sample and citric acid.
