Study On Collaborative Treatment Of Industrial Waste Gas Pollution In Wenzhou City

The control of air pollution is related to the survival and development of mankind,and tests the ability of the government to control it.As a city with rapid industrial economic growth,the problems caused by industrial waste gas pollution in Wenzhou can not be underestimated,which not only brings great negative impact on the local people’s livelihood,but also affects the long-term healthy development of economic society.Since 2011,Wenzhou has implemented three consecutive rounds of heavy pollution industry remediation,focusing on improving the pollution problems caused by industrial waste gas emissions,and actively exploring collaborative treatment methods for industrial waste gas pollution.Since the coordinated control of air pollution was carried out in Wenzhou city,the air quality of Wenzhou city has been improved significantly,but the situation of industrial waste gas pollution is still severe.How to further improve the effectiveness of collaborative treatment of industrial waste gas pollution in Wenzhou city is the focus of this paper.In this paper,field interviews,questionnaires and statistical analysis are used to carry out research.First of all,on the basis of elaborating the relevant research on collaborative treatment of industrial waste gas pollution at home and abroad,the types and hazards of industrial waste gas pollution are analyzed,and the necessity of collaborative treatment of industrial waste gas pollution and the theoretical framework of research are determined.Secondly,based on the above theories,the status quo,problems and effects of collaborative treatment of industrial waste gas pollution in Wenzhou are analyzed,and the important and difficult points in collaborative treatment of industrial waste gas pollution are understood.Finally,combined with the problems existing in the collaborative control of industrial waste gas pollution in Wenzhou,such as the unclear responsibility of pollution control of various departments,the lack of means for various subjects to participate in pollution control,and the insufficient participation of enterprises and the public in governance,it proposed to improve the laws and policies of collaborative control of industrial waste gas pollution,and coordinated the internal and external coordination mechanisms on the basis of legal governance.Find the balance point between the cost of industrial waste gas pollution control and market benefits,mobilize the initiative of collaborative subjects to participate in the control of industrial waste gas pollution,and enrich collaborative control tools.Give full play to the leading role of the government,and form an overall collaborative governance mechanism featuring government guidance,social supervision and industry self-discipline.The research results can provide a certain reference for the collaborative treatment of industrial waste gas pollution in Wenzhou city,and also provide inspiration for the collaborative treatment of other similar ecological problems.
