Belt conveyor has the characteristics of large conveying capacity,long conveying distance and strong universality.It is the main transportation system of most coal mines and plays an extremely important role in modern high-yield and high-efficiency coal mine production.This paper takes a model of permanent magnet semi-direct drive belt conveyor in the author’s unit as the research object,focuses on the dynamic performance analysis and modular design of belt conveyor,multi machine heavy load start and cooperative control strategy of belt conveyor,intelligent identification of belt damage state of belt conveyor based on machine vision,and so on.Firstly,based on the analysis of the mechanical characteristics of the whole belt conveyor,the dynamic equation model,simulation parameter design and simulation verification of the whole steel wire rope core conveyor belt are established;Based on the construction of the braking and driving model of the belt conveyor,the intelligent coal separation structure optimization design of the belt conveyor is further optimized,which realizes the efficient and rapid installation,lightweight design and prolongs the service life of the belt conveyor.Secondly,the cooperative control strategy of permanent magnet semi-direct drive and tensioning system is studied,the multi machine power balance control method based on Improved Particle Swarm Optimization torque cross coupling control is proposed,and the intelligent energy-saving speed regulation control mechanism based on coal flow is designed to realize the low-speed and heavy-duty start and intelligent,efficient and energy-saving control of belt conveyor.Then,on the basis of constructing the principle of belt damage and fault model of belt conveyor,it adopts machine vision based recognition,classification and prediction of belt damage and fault type and degree,which provides knowledge support for improving the transportation capacity of transportation system and reducing the loss of belt break fault.Based on the above related theories and models,a multi-level,multi-task and multi-functional management and control platform of belt conveyor is constructed,and the feasibility of intelligent control technology of permanent magnet semi-direct drive belt conveyor is verified by an engineering case.After the successful processing of the prototype,the industrial test has been successfully carried out in the mine,and the test effect has reached the expected goal.It is of great significance to make the coal mine belt conveyor safe,efficient,intelligent,energy-saving production and improve economic benefits.It has excellent technical and economic benefits and important popularization value and application prospects.
