In recent years,the state has issued a number of opinions and guidelines to promote the intelligent construction of coal mines,of which the belt central control system,as one of the important human-computer interaction systems in coal mines,is also the focus of intelligent development and construction,through which the coal mines implement real-time monitoring and remote control of the belt fleet to ensure transportation safety.In this paper,it was found that the unreasonable interaction interface and interaction process design of the belt control system reduced the operator’s perceived interaction quality,which in turn affected the operator’s operational performance and the safety of the coal mine,and therefore the evaluation and optimization of the interaction quality of the belt control system in M coal mine was conducted.This paper first summarized the current status of domestic and international research on coal mine belt centralized control system,interaction quality concept,interaction interface evaluation,and interaction process evaluation through literature analysis method.Secondly,the current situation of M coal mine belt centralized control system was analyzed through field research to sort out and summarize the system function classification,interaction interface characteristics,and interaction process operation frequency.Then,the SERVQUAL model and expert survey method were used to select five evaluation dimensions of tangibilit,security,information,synergy and functionality and 38 evaluation indicators to build an evaluation index system,which was used to design and distribute the interaction quality evaluation questionnaire for the M coal mine belt centralized control system;the questionnaire data were analyzed for reliability and validity,interaction quality gap and difference analysis,and IPA analysis.The aspects of the system interaction quality that need to be improved were obtained.Then,a simulation experiment was designed and implemented to restore the system and three representative experimental tasks were selected,and the experimental data were recorded using eye-tracking and mouse-keyboard tracking techniques.The problems and reasons were found,and the main reasons for the low interaction quality rating were the low differentiation and easy confusion of the navigation bar,the large and dense presentation of the interface information,and the inconspicuous reflection of the changes in the current status of the belt.Finally,in view of the identified problems and causes,the optimization objectives,suggestions and solutions for the belt centralized control system of coal mine M were proposed to improve the interaction quality of the system,and the effectiveness of the optimization solutions was proved through experiments again,which provided theoretical and practical bases for the design and improvement of the belt centralized control system of coal mine in the future,and also helped to promote the intelligent development and construction of coal mine.
