Belt conveyor is an important underground coal transportation equipment.Most of the existing centralized control systems of multiple belts are controlled by PLC with flameproof enclosure,this equipment is bulky,heavy and inconvenient to install and move.Due to the demand of coal production,the centralized control system of belt is a necessary equipment to improve coal production.If there is a set of centralized control system with perfect function,convenient to move and install,and with intrinsic safety of coal mine,it is of great significance to coal production.Based on the actual requirements of underground coal flow centralized control system project of Anju coal mine of Jining mining group,a set of coal flow transportation centralized control system with eight belt protection,voice alarm,centralized control of multiple belts,underground host display and remote control functions has been designed based on microprocessor.In this thesis,the sensor detection technology and CAN bus communication technology have been used to establish the dynamic detection system of the operating parameters of belt conveyors,and the various faults in the operation process and the running state parameters of belts have been collected and analyzed.In this system,the high-performance MCU-STC15W4K32S4 has been used as the control core to design the underground control extension.The system can control the start and stop of the connected belt through the control host of the belt console,display the state information and fault information of the equipment clearly and intuitively,set the alarm threshold and then save and analyze the relevant data.In this thesis,the voice controllers have been designed based on MCU-STM32F103RCT6,which can realize the functions of voice broadcast,voice alarm,contact and real-time intercom.Besides,the whole set of equipment has been equipped with four modes of remote control,near control,maintenance and emergency stop to meet the different work requirements of underground.All the design contents of this thesis have passed the lab’s single machine,online and system debugging.The parameters acquisition,transmission,display and control output of various sensors have met the design requirements of the system.The collected data are accurate and real-time.The system runs stably and can be used in underground industrial site of coal mine.
