With the further study of electrospinning technology,nanofibers with high porosity,large specific surface area and small diameter can be prepared by electrospinning technology directly.At present,how to prepare efficient adsorption antibacterial nano filtration materials is still an urgent engineering problem.Therefore,in this paper,the functional silver-activated carbon composite nanofibers with good mechanical strength,adsorption and antibacterial properties were prepared by electrospinning.The main research contents are as follows.Firstly,Firstly,the silver particle-activated carbon composite nanofiber membrane is prepared by electrospinning technology for many times,and the selection of silver concentration,receiving distance,voltage and other parameters in the electrospinning process is improved.The influence of above parameters on the diameter and morphology of silver particle-activated carbon composite nanofiber membrane is analyzed by control variable method.On this basis,in order to obtain the silver particle-activated carbon composite nanofiber membrane with good morphology,orthogonal test design,response surface design and BP+GA design were used to determine the optimal combination of process parameters affecting the diameter of composite nanofiber membrane,and the optimal solution of the corresponding fiber diameter is obtained.Secondly,in order to ensure the strength of silver particle-activated carbon composite nanofiber membrane in the use process,the mechanical tensile test was carried out.The mechanical properties of silver particle-activated carbon composite nanofiber membrane were analyzed by designing silver/activated carbon concentration ratio(2:5,1:1,5:2)and EVOH mass fraction(7.5%,10%,12.5%).The results showed that under the same EVOH mass fraction,when the activated carbon concentration was higher than the silver concentration,the overall tensile strength and yield strength of the corresponding nanofiber membrane were large.Under the same silver/activated carbon concentration ratio,the Young’s modulus increases with the increase of EVOH mass fraction.Finally,the adsorption properties(for copper ions)and antibacterial properties(for S.aureus)of silver particles-activated carbon composite nanofiber membranes were tested.The experimental results show that the silver particle-activated carbon composite nanofiber membrane has good adsorption performance for copper ions.Its adsorption is more in line with Langmuir model.Silver particles-activated carbon composite nanofiber membrane has an efficient and lasting antibacterial effect on S.aureus.Therefore,the above studies verified that the composite nanofiber membrane could be used as a new filter material with good adsorption and continuous antibacterial.
