The increasing environmental pollution and frequently variety of environment-related diseases make people more concern about indoor air quality problems. Meanwhile, the hospital department of surgery, isolation ward, bio-safety laboratory, medical and health area, bio-pharmaceutical engineering, food industry and other high-tech industries have more stringent requirements of the control of air microbe, so study about indoor air microbial pollution has got more attention of the public. As the main method of the microbial removal currently is still air filtration technology, the researches on removal of the microorganisms and the protection that take the filtration as the principal thing appear to be much more important.For the material can be the breeding ground of the microorganism, the growth on the material, the by-production of the growth and the antibacterial materials all need more research.Our study started from the theory, we analysed two models that have ever used in the growth model and made a modification to make it fit for the dead phase of the microorganism. At the same time, from the silver ion sterilization we discuss the possibility of the material with silver ion.After that, by using the microorganism filter system, we got the environmental data the change of the microorganisms'number by time to build the growth model and used the mathematic model to fit the data and found both of the models can reflect the regularity of the growth of the microorganisms on the filter material well. Then by comparing the relationship between the change of the microorganisms and time with the relationship between the MVOC's quantity and time, we get the positive relationship between the number and the quantity.At last, we used the silver ion solution to soak the filter material, after putting the microorganisms on it, we detected the microorganisms number and found it has a good sterilization. Although it can be affected by many factors, it can give a consult of the new antibacterial filter material in the later studies.In one word,our research provided good models for the forecast of the dead phase and the qualitative research of microbial VOC. And the study about fungicidal efficiency of the silver material was just started. All of this are need further more experimental data and actual engineering date to modified them, but the theory and the experimental data from our study can provide the consult of the further research on microbial protection.
