Belt conveyor is an important equipment in the mine transportation system.With the proposal of the new concept of smart mine and green mine,it is urgent to solve the energyconsuming phenomenon of belt conveyor "big horse trolley" and realize the automatic energysaving control of belt conveyor in the modernization construction of coal mine.Aiming at the energy consumption problem of belt conveyor,the operating principle and energy consumption factors of the mechanical system of belt conveyor are studied and the existing mine transportation system is investigated.It is known that controlling the belt speed of belt conveyor transportation system and realizing the optimal matching of belt speed and coal flow can save energy consumption and reduce electricity cost.Based on the analysis of the relationship between coal flow and power consumption,a matching model of coal flow with speed was designed and implemented based on interval type II fuzzy algorithm.Combined with the predictive control method,the model input the current belt speed of the controlled belt conveyor and the coal flow information of the upper belt conveyor,and solved the fuzzy output of the current matching speed of the conveyor belt.From the Angle of speed regulation and energy saving,aiming at the problem that belt coal flow instability and frequent speed change affect belt life,based on frequency conversion speed regulation principle,combined with belt coal flow matching model and two-degree-of-freedom PID algorithm,the stepless speed regulation of asynchronous motor in belt conveyor drive system is realized to achieve the purpose of speed regulation and energy saving.Based on PLC technology,the original constant speed control system of Hancheng Xiangshan mine transportation system is improved,and automatic energy-saving control algorithm is applied to xiangshan mine ground transportation system to realize centralized control of belt conveyor and automatic speed regulation.The field test in Hancheng Xiangshan Mine shows that the system can effectively centralized control the underground conveyor system,realize more coal fast transport,less coal slow transport,improve the coal production efficiency,achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.
