With the increase of coal mining depth, the problem of deep mine heat harm have become increasingly prominent, it seriously affect the mine production efficiency and the health of miners. Currently the mine cooling system mainly include the artificial refrigeration cooling technology, mechanical refrigeration water cooling technology, mechanical ice cooling technology, air-compression refrigeration technology, deep HEMS cooling system and heat-electricity-glycol cooling technology. But these mine cooling technologies has a certain scope of application or use disadvantages. Mine cooling technology of compressed air transport cold is mainly the compressor compressed the ground air, through the natural cooling source cooling system pre-cooling, then through the artificial cold source cooling system further cooling, and finally the ejector eject compressed air to the mine working face. This system can overcome the shortage of other systems, and it has many advantages like low cooling load, low operating cost, good transport cold ability, small volume flow, small pipe section, safety performance, convenient arrangement and insulation. In this paper, the design method of the natural cold source precooling mine cooling technology of compressed air transport cold was studied. Specific research works are as follows:(1) Analysised the fundamental cause of the heat source in mine, and summarized the various methods and formulas to calculate the thermal heat source. Thermal analysis of the different nature of the laneway summarized various methods and formulas to calculate the each type of laneway.(2) Introduced the principle and basic components of natural cold source precooling mine cooling technology of compressed air transport cold. And gived the method of air processed by the system, the selection and design method of equipment. Mainly introduced the natural cold source precooling mine cooling technology and cooling tower get cryogrnic technology which were first proposed.(3) According to the actual situation, used FLUENT software to build the working surface airflow organization and distribution model, set the simulation parameters under the current mine situation, optimization the air flow organization and distribution, determined a reasonable airflow organization form.(4) Combined with mine instance, further expounds the composition and the design method of natural cold source precooling mine cooling technology of compressed air transport cold. Demonstrate feasibility of mine cooling technology of compressed air transport cold.
