The 21 st century was hailed as "the century of the ocean",and the large-scale development era of marine oil resources came.It was accompanied by problems such as oil spillover of the sea.Considering that the results of directly conducting maritime oil spill experiment inspection research often have uncertainty and non-repeatability,and the cost is relatively high,and it is not easy to control management.Therefore,it is not easy to control management.Therefore,it is not easy to control management.Information about the situation.Based on the structure characteristics and working form of the trailer,this paper obtains the selection of the trailer frame research method and the acquisition of the trailer load.The corresponding software optimization analysis and theoretical calculation of the modeling are verified to verify the design results.And use these points as the main work content of this article to study.(1)This subject refers to the research of predecessors,summarizes the characteristics of the design of the drag system,and sets a three-dimensional digital model in Solidworks according to the relevant parameters of the experimental design needs,and directly import it into Ansys Workbench.The grid division and load determination work,etc.,establish the body skeleton finite element model of the trailer.(2)Static analysis of the frame finite element model.In order to determine whether the design of the trailer structure is reasonable,according to the operating conditions of the trailer,it is optimized for static and lightweight response to the lightweight response of the trailer.The optimized body skeleton is re-analyzed.The results show that the optimized body’s skeleton structure performance meets the requirements.(3)Analysis and dynamic analysis of the body skeleton finite element model.The first six-stage inherent frequency and vibration type of the trailer is extracted,which changes the body changes in the vertical direction under the acceleration of the main trailer.The analysis results show that the trailer has good dynamic characteristics.(4)After the trailer model is established,the design calculation of the safety anti-overwing test and the design calculation of the trailer driver system is based on its sports performance.The calculation results show that the trailer will not overwrite during exercise.Dissertation uses the current oil-spill sink towing system trailer as the research object.It is designed to model,analyze and optimize in accordance with the requirements of the experimental requirements,and provide the theoretical basis for the design of the complete oil spill sink trailer system.
