With the gradual increase of the scale of traffic infrastructure construction in Shaanxi Province,the safety production management process of traffic construction enterprises in Shaanxi Province can not be ignored because of many fields and complex technology,which leads to frequent accidents.Due to the lack of scientific analysis and comprehensive control in the current management system construction,it is difficult to achieve high-quality and safe development.Based on the characteristics of safety production management and control of traffic construction enterprises in Shaanxi Province,this paper analyzes the control indicators and defects in the management process,studies and establishes the corresponding control system and evaluation method,and realizes it systematically.(1)The systematic research an alyzes the characteristics of the traditional safety production control system of traffic construction enterprises in Shaanxi Province,introduces the core ideas of system theory,information theory,and control theory(hereinafter referred to as the three theories)and their application analysis in enterprise safety production management and control,and determines the research method with the three theories as the core.(2)Based on the multi-indicator factors of the safety production management control system,a mathematical model combining hierarchical analysis and entropy weight method is proposed,and the research methods and principles of system construction of the three theories are set as two strategies for evaluating the indicator system,and they are used to evaluate and assign weights to the relevant indicator systems,and the evaluation levels are determined by improving the methods of level classification in the relevant literature.The results show that the research methods of cybernetics and the prin ciples of standardization are the most important indicators in the strategy layer,and the operation management and emergency management are the most important indicators at the end of the indicator layer.(3)In response to the problems of complex calculation and weak visualization of enterprise safety production evaluation work,the safety production management control system was developed,A complete data logic flow has been established and the corresponding functional modules have been designed.The system functions mainly include document uploading,auditing,visualization attempt generation,result analysis,information query and other sections,which realized the programmed and visualized safety production control system for relevant document control,data collection,data calculation and result presentation in the management process of traffic construction enterprises in Shaanxi Province.(4)The system was tested on the safety production management of two traffic construction enterprises in Xi’an and Yulin in combination with examples,and the results showed that the results of the respective tests were in strong agreement with the safety production management data collected from the research,indicating that the mathematical evaluation model combining hierarchical analysis and entropy power method has strong applicability and scientificity,and also indicating that the test results of the system can provide further guidance to the safety production management of traffic construction enterprises in Shaanxi Province.This paper demonstrates and analyzes the process of establishing the safety production control system of traffic construction-type enterprises in Shaanxi Province,proposes the evaluation method of the system,builds a management evaluation system of safety production control,provides indicators and system support for the safety production control work of traffic construction enterprises in Shaanxi Province,and also provides a certain reference for various related researches. |
