Sinopec’s out of area sales enterprise is established by Sinopec Group to open the sales market outside the area,which has an important impact on the whole group company.However,with the development of economy,people’s demand for petrochemical products has increased,and the competition in the refined oil market has become increasingly fierce,and this kind of competition is particularly prominent in the oil product market outside the region.In the face of such a situation,if the outside sales enterprises want to continue to expand the market,they need to improve their competitiveness by formulating reasonable strategic objectives and scientific business model.To establish a scientific and effective performance appraisal system inside will be an important means for the outside sales enterprises to gain competitive advantages.How to play the role of assessment,how to establish a performance appraisal system suitable for the development of the enterprise,has become an urgent problem to be solved.This article takes T Petroleum Company,a sales company outside of Sinopec as an example.After reading the relevant domestic and foreign literature and performance appraisal related theoretical knowledge,an in-depth investigation and research on the status quo of T Petroleum Company’s performance appraisal was conducted.Through the questionnaire survey on the satisfaction degree of performance appraisal in the company,this paper summarizes the problems existing in the performance appraisal of the company and analyzes the causes.Then,combined with the actual situation of the company,it chooses to use the key performance indicator method(KPI)and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to design the performance appraisal system of employees.In addition,this paper also formulated the specific implementation process and related safeguard measures of the performance appraisal system to ensure the comprehensive and effective operation of the performance appraisal system in the company.The research results of this paper play an important role in the management and development of T Petroleum Company,and will help the company improve its management level,enhance its core competitiveness,and enhance employee cohesion.At the same time,the research results have far-reaching practical significance for sales companies outside Sinopec,and can be used as reference for companies of the same type and level. |
