| The mud design of pipe jacking and reducing drag is a key link in pipe jacking engineering which is directly related to the smooth jacking of pipe jacking engineering and the surrounding formation environment.On the one hand,mud needs to meet the requirements of pipe jacking engineering to reduce friction,reduce resistance,seepage and plugging engineering,on the other hand,it needs to be as environmentally friendly as possible.In this paper,the cross-linking reaction mechanism of polymer is proposed to prepare a new type of polymer drag reducing mud,and a new type of polymer drag reducing mud is prepared by mixing guar gum and borax into polyacrylamide bentonite mud.Relevant research was carried out by combining laboratory experiment and numerical simulation.The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows:(1)Carry out the indoor macro test of new mud,determine the optimal ratio of new mud through the indoor orthogonal test,analyze the influence law of a single content on the mud funnel viscosity,water loss,static shear force and dynamic shear force,and obtain the influence degree of different content on the basic performance of mud through the range analysis.Combined with the preparation index requirements of general pipe pushing engineering mud,the optimal ratio of mud is bentonite: Guar gum:polyacrylamide: Borax: water = 10:0:25:0:1:89.45.(2)Laboratory tests on the p H value of mud,the permeability resistance of slurry slurry gel and the rheological properties of slurry were further carried out to verify the working performance of the new polymer mud with optimized ratio.It was found that the permeability resistance of slurry slurry gel was significantly improved,the mud had certain anti-seepage plugging function,and the mud was a power law fluid.(3)Carry out the new mud laboratory microscopic test,through XRD test to determine the mineral composition of each component of the mud,respectively on the polyacrylamide bentonite mud,guar gum-borax,new guar gum-borax polyacrylamide bentonite mud to carry out SEM scanning microscopic tests,to observe the mud microstructure.The results show that the internal microstructure of polyacrylamide bentonite mud is more dense after adding guar gum-borax,which effectively enhances the internal structure of the mud and improves the anti-seepage plugging function of the mud.It is feasible to add guar gum and borax into polyacrylamide bentonite mud to prepare new type of polymer mud for top pipe.(4)Carry out the indoor test of friction coefficient of pipe-soil after grouting,measure the friction coefficient of pipe-soil after grouting by injecting the new optimized ratio mud into the pipe-soil interface layer,and design the numerical simulation of the friction resistance of the pipe wall after grouting.It is found that the new polymer mud injected into the Guar gum and borax top pipe has a certain reduction in the wall friction resistance,the new mud can effectively reduce the wall friction resistance and improve the engineering jacking efficiency.Figure [40] Table [15] Reference [77]... |
