Guangxi Tourism Ecological Security Spatiotemporal Pattern And Driving Mechanism Research

Tourism ecological security is an important indicator reflecting the sustainable development of regional economy.China-ASEAN Free Trade Area construction prompted the rapid development of tourism in Guangxi.However,due to the significant increase of tourists,environmental degradation problems such as excessive consumption of resources and environmental pollution have emerged.Measuring the current situation and development characteristics of the tourism ecosystem is an urgent need to promote the high-quality development of tourism in Guangxi.In order to explore the dynamic changes of tourism ecological security and its driving mechanism in Guangxi,this study selected 26 factors from multiple perspectives of tourism,economy,society and ecology,perfected and developed a DPSIR(driving—pressure—state—impact—response)model applicable to Guangxi,measured the spatial and temporal characteristics,spatial correlation and dynamic transfer characteristics of its tourism ecological security,and measured its key influencing factors and the interaction effects between factors were detected,and the driving mechanism of tourism ecological security in Guangxi was constructed.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Guangxi’s tourism ecological security in general shows the trend of of improving annually,and the speed of improvement is northeast >southeast > southwest > northwest.The space is random distribution characteristic,less influenced by external influence and strong internal circularity.Laibin has strong spatial homogeneity and spatial dependence,and Nanning and Hechi have strong spatial heterogeneity of tourism ecological security.The probability of going up gradually is high and the probability of going down is low;(2)the main influencing factors are tourism revenue growth rate,etc.,the strongest influence is the number of students in general higher education,the strongest interactive influence is stronger than independent influence,the strongest of which is the joint effect of tourism foreign exchange earnings and fiscal expenditure as a percentage of GDP,reflecting the importance of enhancing the importance of environmental protection while expanding the international tourism market;(3)the driving mechanism is: The driving(D)force system factors act to produce a series of environmental pressures(P).The pressure system changes the state(S)of tourism ecological security,causing a series of impacts(I),and the impacts change the structure of the driving force system,while relevant policies and other positive responses(R)improve the driving force,prevent the generation of pressure,maintain or strengthen the state,and expand or reduce the impacts.
