| With the development of my country’s economy,the consumption of petroleum energy also increases.Large oil storage tanks are important facilities for oil storage and trade measurement.In order to accurately measure the oil and the quality of the oil in the storage tank,it is necessary to accurately obtain various parameters such as the tank height,oil-gas interface,oil-water interface,density and temperature.At present,the existing measurement technology at home and abroad requires a variety of measuring instruments to measure together,or only a few parameters can be measured.Therefore,it is of great significance to research and develop a highprecision,multi-parameter oil storage tank measurement system.Aiming at the shortcomings of the existing tank parameter detection methods,an on-line oil-water interface measurement system based on pressure detection is designed.According to the change of medium density,each interface can be accurately detected,which can realize the detection of the air layer and oil layer in the oil tank.Real-time measurement and display of the interface height,temperature and density of,water layer,etc.Based on STM32 single-chip microcomputer,a multi-parameter measurement and control system for the liquid level of large oil storage tanks is developed,and the realtime measurement of the drop height of the float is realized by controlling the stepping motor and reading the encoder pulse.An intelligent float is designed,which is equipped with digital pressure sensors,micro switches and other sensing elements to measure density and temperature.By measuring the density of the medium where the float is located in real time,the height of the interface such as air layer,oil layer and water layer can be detected.The software design consists of data acquisition,display and control,and realizes functions such as stepper motor control,float movement displacement measurement,density calculation,and switch action state acquisition.In order to facilitate on-site application,the remote control function of cloud server is designed and developed to realize remote measurement operation and reduce the risk of high-altitude operation and the inconvenience of operation.According to the working environment of the measurement system,an experimental device for multi-parameter measurement of oil storage tank liquid level was built,and the accuracy and reliability of the device were experimentally tested.0.2%;the optimal values of relative error of oil layer and water layer interface measurement are 2.6% and 1.7% respectively;the density measurement has high stability.Through the experimental verification,the system has high measurement accuracy and good repeatability,and has a good application prospect. |
