Abstract/Summary:
Aiming at the problem that the modal characteristics of the torque measuring device of the transmission parts of the space docking mechanism may change under the action of temperature,which will affect the measurement accuracy of the device,the modal characteristics of the torque measuring device were studied under high and low temperature environment,and a method of identifying the effective working frequency limit of the torque measuring device was proposed.In this paper,the effective working frequency limit of the butt lock driving combination and differential combination torque measuring device under the influence of high and low temperature environment is obtained by using the method of computational modal analysis and experimental modal analysis,which verifies the rationality of the device design and ensures the normal development of the ground test of the transmission components of the space butt mechanism,It has important guiding significance for the development of ground test technology of docking mechanism in Chinese space industry.The research work of this paper mainly includes:(1)Thermal impact analysis of torque measuring device in high and low temperature environment.ANSYS software was used to complete the heat transfer analysis of the two sets of shafting devices,and the trend of the elastic modulus of the material used by the components in the main influence area of high and low temperature environment was obtained.Based on this,the thermal deformation simulation analysis of the torque measuring device in high and low temperature environment was completed.(2)Computational modal analysis of torque measuring device in high and low temperature environment.Taking the thermal impact analysis results as the precondition,the prestressed modal analysis of the device under temperature load is completed,the calculation results of the first 6 natural frequencies and vibration modes of the shafting of the two sets of torque measuring devices under the influence of high and low temperature environment are obtained,the variation of the natural frequency of the shafting of the two sets of devices with temperature is analyzed,and the effective working frequency limit of the device is obtained,The rationality of the device design is verified.(3)Experimental modal analysis of torque measuring device in high and low temperature environment.Taking the vibration mode calculation results in the simulation analysis as a reference,the simplified model of the shafting structure of the device is established in the Modal VIEW software,and the measuring points of each shafting model are reasonably allocated.The excitation of the device and the vibration response of the structure are measured by the force hammer method,and the modal parameter identification is completed by the LSCF method,The first six natural frequencies and vibration modes of the device under the influence of different temperatures are obtained.Then the effective working frequency limit of the device is obtained by the same method,and compared with the simulation analysis results.The maximum relative error is 8.59%,which is within the allowable range of error.Thus,the reliability of the effective working frequency limit identification method is determined,and the rationality of the device design is further verified.
