Research On Ecological Justice From The Perspective Of Community Of Shared Future For Mankind

Human development is facing major changes unseen in a century.Today,with the continuous global local wars and conflicts,frequent outbreaks of ecological crises,the increasing tension and deterioration of the living environment and development space of mankind,and the increasingly prominent issue of global ecological justice,the pursuit of peace,justice and development has become a global development consensus.The community with a shared future for mankind is a scientific world outlook and methodology born under unprecedented changes in a century,which inherits Marx’s world history theory and community thought,absorbs the essence of China’s excellent traditional cultural thought,highlights the scientific and contemporary nature,and provides a new perspective for the research and realization of ecological justice.The community with a shared future for mankind and ecological justice are unified in the values of peace,development,fairness,justice,democracy and freedom for all mankind,and the two are integrated in theory and cognition,common in thinking methods,and consistent in achieving the ultimate goal of the road.However,constrained and influenced by the capitalist system,ecological imperialism,the limitations of eco-technical means and narrow anthropocentrism,ecological justice from the perspective of a community with a shared future for mankind also faces the practical dilemma of unequal biological values between humans and nature,unclear ecological rights and responsibilities among global ecological political stakeholders,and unequal carrying capacity of resources acceptable between present and future generations,which puts forward new requirements for the community of human destiny to promote the realization of ecological justice.Therefore,to solve the problem of ecological justice from the perspective of a community with a shared future for mankind,it is necessary to make concerted efforts from four aspects: values,righteous-benefit relationship,realization of subjects and institutional guarantees,and form a comprehensive,comprehensive and systematic solution path.First,we must establish the thinking of an ecological community with a shared future.Second,build a global community of ecological interests with win-win cooperation.Third,jointly build a global ecological responsibility community with shared responsibilities.Fourth,improve the global ecological justice system that is just and the rule of law.The research adopts the method of combining history and logic,systematic research method and documentary research method to explore the internal logic of the combination of a community with a shared future for mankind and ecological justice,which is not only a question about "What happened to the world?" What are we going to do? It is also a scientific solution to today’s global ecological crisis,which has theoretical and practical significance for promoting the development process of global ecological civilization and realizing the sustainable development of human society.
