Human all walks of life in the use of metal and a variety of alloy equipment,they for human in various fields to provide a great role and convenience.However,in some harsh working environment and even natural environment such as:high temperature,high humidity,high salt,strong ultraviolet,it will cause certain loss or harm,which will directly affect the economic benefits.At present,the most effective anticorrosion technology is organic coating protection law,which has good physical shielding performance and can effectively protect the base material.Polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)is a kind of good mechanical properties,has excellent chemical stability and dimensional stability of special functional materials,its materials and modified composite materials are often used in various extreme environment,this topic uses polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)as the matrix,through the simple spraying method successfully prepared the corrosion and fouling resistance of multi-functional hydrophobic coating.Through the modification of organic and inorganic materials and the doping modification of polyphenylene sulfide,the desired performance conditions are obtained,which provides a certain reference basis for future exploration.The main research content of this paper can be summarized as follows:1.In this study,we first prepared stearic acid(SA)hydrophobic modified titanium dioxide(TiO2),and then mixed it with polystyrene sulfide and polyvinylidene fluoride through a certain proportion of physical mixing,and prepared PPS/PVDF/SA-TiO2coating by simple spraying method,and then melted through high temperature.The excellent cross-linking effect of PPS and PVDF can improve the mechanical properties of the prepared coating by the complex structure established by the resin and nanoparticles.Compared with the pure PPS coating,the composite coating PPS/PVDF/SA-TiO2has good wear resistance and better corrosion resistance.Adhesion and hardness and greater hydrophobic properties.At the optimum ratio,the hydrophobic Angle and sliding Angle of the coating are 156±1.5°and 9±1°,respectively.The salt spray tank test showed that the durability of the coating was improved,the potentiodynamic polarization curve and impedance test showed that the corrosion resistance of the substrate was improved,and the coating had good chemical stability.And in different pollutants in the solution of good performance of pollution resistance and self-cleaning performance.2.First,nano-ceria was modified by Y-aminopropyltriethoxysilane(KH550)to make it have more hydroxyl(-OH)groups.Then,it was chemically grafted with graphene oxide(GO)to prepare the composite GKC(GO-K-CeO2)material.Then,hydrophobic modification of GKC material was performed by trimethoxy(1H,1H,2H,2H-heptafluorodecyl)silane(FAS).In this way,P-GKC superhydrophobic composite material with large specific surface area and small specific surface energy can be obtained.When it is used as a filler,it can effectively enhance its mechanical properties and dispersion properties.The lamellae structure of GO and the load filling of CeO2can play a double anti-corrosion synergistic effect.Finally,the low surface energy composite coating can be obtained by mixing with PPS in a certain proportion and simply spraying.The results show that when the amount of P-GKC and PPS is 0.1:1,the hydrophobic Angle of PPS/P-GKC composite coating can reach 153.6±3°,and the sliding Angle is 5±1°.At the same time,the coating surface also shows self-cleaning and certain photothermal properties.In addition,after a 10-day neutral smoke test(CASS)on the coating,the electrochemical performance results showed that the coating showed good corrosion resistance,corrosion current density decreased by 4 orders of magnitude.3.The aluminum modified montmorillonite composite was prepared by using cetyldimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride(HDBAC)to organically modify the Na-MMt,and then the organic modified montmorillonite material(FMt)with the stripped sheet structure was obtained.The organic modified montmorillonite(FMt)was processed by wet method.Alumina modified montmorillonite composite Al2O3-MMt(FMAH)was prepared by mixing with aluminum nitrate.Then the superhydrophobic nano-copper oxide(H-Cu O)was prepared by the hydrophobic modification of nano-copper oxide(Cu O)with cetyltrimethoxy-silane(HDTMS).The PPS/FMAH-Cu O composite coating was prepared by physical mixing doping.It was found that the composite coating showed excellent mechanical properties and good chemical stability in the solution of different p H values.The results of neutral salt spray test show that the composite coating has good durability and corrosion resistance.Electrochemical tests show that the corrosion current density of the composite coating is reduced by 5 orders of magnitude.
