With the rapid development of society and economy,people in our country demand for meat,especially pork,the quantity and quality is constantly improving.The pig breeding industry shows a large-scale development trend.However,the pork quality is difficult to meet consumers’ increasing quality demands.As the necessary facilities that directly affect the breeding environment,the enclosure becomes more and more important with the expansion of the breeding scale.From the perspective of historical development,this study sorted out the evolution process of the form and function of the enclosure,highlighted the close relationship between the breeding environment and the enclosure,and put forward the problem of the current large-scale breeding enclosure.In the pursuit of producers’ interests and the single pig appearance standard,breeders do not pay attention to environmental management and cannot meet consumers’ requirements for high-quality pork.In order to effectively improve the environmental quality of large-scale pig farms and meet people’s higher requirements for pork quality,this study attempts to explore the environmental quality evaluation system and the corresponding guarantee system for large-scale pig farms that serve consumers,so as to promote the effective operation of the market-driven pork quality improvement cycle.On the basis of field research on large-scale pig farms and random questionnaire survey on environmental preference indicators of consumer pig farms,the core environmental indicators and production indicators that consumers pay attention to closely related to pig health and pork quality are clarified.Based on the production information of pig farms and environmental monitoring data of pig farms investigated,the effects of environmental quality on pig health are analyzed by linear fitting.Based on the data analysis results,the health level of the aquaculture environmental health index value was divided,which was used as the environmental quality grading evaluation standard,and the evaluation index system of pig breeding environmental quality was formed which could be used by producers,consumers and regulatory departments.At the same time,in order to effectively help producers optimize and improve pork quality,the key technologies of environmental optimization support are put forward,in order to effectively support the virtuous operation of pork quality improvement cycle.Based on the field investigation,questionnaire data analysis and empirical case analysis,the conclusion is drawn:(1)The culture environment indicators that consumers focus on are: temperature,humidity,ammonia concentration,hydrogen sulfide concentration,particulate concentration,noise intensity;Consumers agree that the production indicators representing the health status of live pigs are: daily gain,daily feed intake,disease incidence.The mutually fed information between producers,consumers and regulatory systems can be constructed around these aspects.(2)Based on the analysis of the environmental indicators data concerned by consumers and the production indicators data,it is concluded that these environmental indicators have a significant impact on the health status of pigs,which can be divided into the healthy growth of health,warning and exceeding limit range,and then alludes to the quality level of pork;(3)According to the environmental indicators and requirements in the evaluation index system of environmental quality,the technical indicators of the environmental optimization technical support guarantee system were determined as five key technologies of environmental optimization guarantee,namely reasonable planning layout,ventilation,fecal pollution control,treatment of sick and dead pigs and remote monitoring.
