Ecological security is the foundation of human survival and development,and plays an important role in maintaining the stability of the ecological system and the sustainable development of society.With the rapid development of society and economy,problems such as environmental pollution,waste of resources,soil erosion,and sharp decline in biodiversity have become increasingly serious,seriously affecting ecological security and the living environment of human beings.As one of the largest coal industry bases in East China,the mining and utilization of coal resources in Pei County not only promotes economic and social development,but also brings certain pressure to local ecological security.In recent years,the Pei County government has actively carried out restoration and treatment work such as reclamation of coal mining subsidence land and construction of ecological wetlands to reduce the impact of mining activities on the ecological environment.Based on this,this thesis takes Peixian County as the research area,and conducts ecological security evaluation and optimization research in Peixian mining area based on remote sensing,PSR model,and matterelement scalable model.On the basis of ecological security evolution analysis,remote sensing ecological index and double evaluation method Select the ecological source,use the minimum cumulative resistance model to construct the ecological minimum cumulative resistance surface,and extract ecological corridors,ecological nodes,and ecological buffer zones to identify the ecological security pattern of the Peixian mining area,aiming to provide a basis for ecological restoration and planning of the Peixian mining area.refer to.Below are key research findings:(1)From the results of texture feature difference analysis,variance,contrast,and correlation are the texture feature variables that most affect the classification of land use in Peixian mining area.The overall accuracy and kappa coefficient of the optimal feature classification scheme based on the random forest algorithm were 94.79% and0.9306,respectively,indicating that the random forest algorithm combined with multisource feature information can effectively classify the land use types in the plain mining-agricultural complex area.The analysis of the classification results shows that from 2000 to 2021,the land use in Peixian mining area has changed significantly,mainly manifested in the continuous decrease of cultivated land,the continuous increase of industrial and mining construction land and subsidence water area.(2)From 2000 to 2021,the overall level of ecological security in the mining area of Pei County has steadily improved.From the perspective of spatial distribution,the overall level of ecological security shows a trend of decline from south to north,and most towns are at the average level or above.Areas with stable high and high levels of ecological security are mainly distributed in Huzhai Town,Weimiao Town and Wuduan Town near Weishan Lake,while areas with low and low levels of stable ecological security are mainly distributed in Peicheng Town,Datun Town,Peixian Economic Development Zone and Peixian New Town.(3)Based on the remote sensing ecological index,biodiversity maintenance function and soil and water conservation function,13 ecological sources were identified,with a total area of 305.84 km2;32 ecological corridors with a total length of 329.98 km,28 ecological nodes and The total area of the third-level ecological buffer zone is508.15 km2;30 ecological pinch points and 31 obstacle areas are identified based on the circuit model;the superposition analysis of ecological resistance and cumulative resistance extracts 8.07 km2 of potential ecological sources,and identifies and optimizes the ecological security pattern of the Peixian mining area.Suggestions for maintaining the ecological security pattern are put forward from three aspects: reducing ecological resistance,strengthening ecological sources and protecting ecological corridors.
