Intelligent shearer is the key equipment of comprehensive mining working face,and the reliability of its electrical and control system directly affects the safe and efficient mining of coal mines.Electromagnetic interference is an important factor affecting the reliability of the electrical and control system of intelligent shearer,and how to effectively suppress electromagnetic interference and improve reliability has become an important problem to be solved for the further development of intelligent shearer.Aiming at the design demand of bus anti-interference wiring optimization of intelligent shearer,this thesis establishes the electromagnetic radiation electric field model and bus crosstalk prediction model of the inverter power cable in the electric control box,provides theoretical basis for the control bus anti-interference test,designs the intelligent shearer electric control box bus anti-interference optimization wiring process,and conducts comparison test to verify the effectiveness of the anti-interference optimization wiring process design.The main work and research results of the thesis are as follows:(1)The working principle of the intelligent shearer,the basic structure of the electrical control system and the influencing factors of electromagnetic interference in the electric control box are analyzed,and the electromagnetic interference along the line generated by the output power cable of the traction inverter in the electric control box is determined as the main source of interference,and the general framework of the intelligent shearer bus anti-interference test system is established.(2)The principle of electromagnetic interference generated by the traction inverter with load output power cable in the electric control box is studied,the power cable radiation electric field model is established based on the frequency domain transmission line equation,the radiation current and radiation electric field generated by the power cable are calculated by combining the application chain parameter matrix,and the correlation model between the core control parameters of the inverter and the output power cable radiation interference intensity is established,and the radiation interference composition of PWM speed regulation is simulated and analyzed,the results show that: the higher the switching frequency of the inverter and the higher the input voltage,the greater the radiation interference;the inverter generates significant radiation interference to the control bus during the start-stop and acceleration process.(3)The mapping relationship between the influence factor of bus crosstalk and crosstalk intensity and the bus crosstalk prediction model are established,and the sparrow search algorithm is applied to optimize the support vector machine regression algorithm to obtain the optimal value of MSE of the fitness function of the bus crosstalk prediction model,and the simulation fit is 97.9%.The minimum value of the safety distance between the twisted bus cable and the inverter output power cable is obtained,which provides the key parameters for the optimization of the wiring process of the shearer electric control box.(4)The anti-interference optimized wiring process of shearer electric control box was designed,the shearer bus anti-interference test visualization system was developed,and the bus interference test experiments before and after the electric control box wiring optimization were carried out.The experimental results show that the deviation degree of CAN bus data frame waveform before and after optimization is 0.1493 and 0.0305,and the bus interference rate is 56.07% and 35.33%,which effectively improves the bus The interference immunity of the bus is effectively improved.In this thesis,there are 85 figures,20 tables and 94 references.
