With the development of living standard and improvement of environment, people have been paying more attention to the research and development of textiles with special function The study on the static electricity has continuing for a long time. To solve the problem of anti-static electricity of textiles, embedding weave and blending spinning using organic electro-conductive fibres are effective methods and are increasingly preferred by peoples. Electromagnetic radiation, as a new pollution source, its hazard has been gradually cared and attached importance by peoples. The test and evaluation method of electromagnetic radiation has also been noticed by related department.In this paper, on the basis of study on the structure and performance of domestic and overseas organic electro-conductive fibres, research have been developed including the performance design of electric component, modality of section, physical model of electric conductivity and performance evaluation method of organic electro-conductive fibres. These are of guiding functions to industrial manufacture for it.Through the study on the carbon nano-tube compound material and carbon nano-powder compound material, some results show that a close relationship between the electric conductivity and the amount of electric substance is exists. It also shows that seepage critical content value is exists, the value of carbon nano-tube is distinctly lower than the value of carbon nano-powder (carbon nano-tube critical content 3.98%, conductive content 18.7%;carbon nano-powder partials critical point 13.88%,conductive point 15.1%). According to these results, the forecasting equation of the electric conductivity about the amount of electric substance is established.Through the study on the potential changing disciplinarian of fabric embedding organic electro-conductive fibres (single direction) after friction, a theoretical reasoning is developed. It shows that the anti-static electricity mechanism of fabric embedding organic electro-conductive fibres is a complex integration including corona discharge, neutralisation, leakage and induction. Primary validation of the model is made by the test.Through the test, analysis and compare of anti-static electricity performance of the fabric weaved in different embedding ways using 9 kinds organic electro-conductive fibres, various compounding ways and various matrix material, the result shows that the traditional test method to evaluate the performance of embedding weaving fabric is not enough effective. This can be solved by using textiles static electricity tester by frictional method with great area (diameter 80 mm) by Murada Co.The combination of friction voltage peak value and half life is suggested as the evaluation index of the anti-static electricity performance.The performance design of anti-static electricity is a systematic engineering, it needsplaning as a whole. In this system, the choice of organic electro-conductive fibre, the compounding way of organic electro-conductive fibre, the design of texture of fabric, weaving, dying and finishing, all these need to be considered together. The anti-static electricity performance of embedding weaving fabric is closely related to the embedding distance and the electric conductivity of electro-conductive filamentsBased on a lot of test and analysis, the forecasting model of the friction voltage peak value about the embedding distance and the electric conductivity of organic electro-conductive filaments are established. This model can make effective forecast and design of performance and its forecast is accordant to the fact.
