At present,the oil field has been in the stage of high water content and low fluid production,how to improve the oil recovery efficiency has been a subject of increasing concern.Previously,we only focus on vertical well drilling,and for vertical wells,the well pipe is injected in the well,the ground gives vertical well pipe a shock force,which leads to wellbore twisting and well pipe rupture,and the oil recovery efficiency is low,which does not meet the current oilfield high water content and low fluid production oil recovery environment.This paper mainly uses simulation to study the flow pattern changes of oil-water two-phase flow at different inclination angles after flow collection.By reading the literature and finding papers that verify the accuracy of Fluent simulation,and using Fluent to simulate the fluid in the variable diameter tubing diameter at different inclination angles,we monitor the fluid flow changes of oil-water two-phase flow in vertical wells,horizontal wells,and large inclination wells respectively.The following conclusions were obtained from the simulation of transient flow characteristics of oil-water two-phase flow at different inclination angles after flow collection:1.For the fluid inside the vertical well tubing,mainly design Modeler is used to establish the fluid simulation model inside the vertical well tubing,and then the established model grid area is discretized using Fluentmeshing,and the area with irregularities in the variable diameter bend is encrypted,and then material materials are added to the model and boundary conditions are set,and CFD is used to view the oil-water two-phase flow in the vertical The transient changes of oil-water two-phase flow in the vertical well are examined by CFD.By analyzing the changing conditions of oil-water two-phase flow,the law of oil-water two-phase flow in the vertical well is derived: from the flow line,the oil-water two-phase flow in the vertical well after the flow collection,the fluid tends to smooth out with the change of time.From the pressure cloud diagram,the pressure to which the fluid is subjected inside the vertical well after flow collection slowly decreases from bottom to top.In terms of fluid concentration,it takes a long time for the oil-water two-phase flow to reach a stable state inside the tubing of a post-collection vertical well,and the oil production efficiency is low,which is not suitable for the current oil field drilling environment where the oil-water two-phase flow is high in water and low in fluid production.2.The oil-water two-phase flow in the tube after the collection of fluid placed horizontally,using Fluent to simulate the fluid,to see the conclusion: from the flow diagram,the fluid with the passage of time,the direction of the trajectory of the fluid in the tube from chaotic to a smooth and stable curve exists,when the flow time is t = 120 s,the fluid trajectory is a smooth state from the entrance of the large cylinder to the outlet flow.From the pressure cloud diagram,the fluid in the near entrance large cylinder pipe diameter,the pressure change is not very big,at the bend of the reducer the pressure drop of the fluid suddenly decreases,to the near exit small cylinder pipe diameter pressure drop is reduced to 0.From the fluid concentration,the oil-water two-phase flow in the set flow after the horizontal well well flow,when the flow time is t=120s,the oil-water two-phase flow reaches a stable state.3.Fluent was used to simulate the fluid in the tubing after flow collection at different inclination angles,and from the flow line diagram,the flow line tends to a steady state when the steady state is reached.From the pressure cloud diagram,the pressure difference in each direction of the fluid inside the tube after different placement of the tilt angle collection is unchanged,and the pressure is slowly decreasing from the inlet to the outlet.From the fluid concentration,as the angle increases,the oil phase gathered at the bottom of the collector tube decreases,and the oil phase gathered at the corner of the collector reducer increases.
