In recent years,the development of most oil fields in China has entered the post development stage.Most of the original conventional wells have entered the high water cut stage and no longer have extraction value.Therefore,the development of oil fields has shifted to the three low oil fields of "low permeability","low porosity",and "low flow".In order to develop the three low oil fields,the oilfield is transformed into a horizontal well state,and then the low permeability production layer is developed.Due to significant differences in the flow patterns of oil-water two-phase flow in vertical wells and horizontal wells,vertical well measurement technology cannot be used for horizontal well development.With the increase in the number of horizontal wells,horizontal well measurement technology has emerged in this context.This technology can revitalize most of China’s old oil fields by opening multiple "small holes" into the production layers of horizontal wells for oilfield development.Most of the existing horizontal wells in China are not strictly horizontal wells,but rather have a certain inclination angle and are referred to as near horizontal wells.The influence of inclination angle on the flow of oil-water two-phase flow underground cannot be ignored.If logging equipment under horizontal conditions is used to measure it,the measured fluid flow parameters will produce errors.The measurement of near horizontal wells requires higher measurement accuracy for production testing.In order to better adapt to the actual needs of oil field production logging in near horizontal conditions,timely understanding and mastery of the production of each production layer of the oil well,and to optimize oil field production,it is urgent to study new methods for efficient measurement of oil-water two-phase flow parameters in near horizontal well production and logging,as well as to carry out new technological research.Based on this background,this article designs an oil flow meter with inclination correction function,which can accurately test the oil phase flow rate under low liquid production conditions.Additionally,this article proposes a measurement correction method to solve the error impact caused by inclination under near horizontal conditions.(1)In response to the complex flow pattern of oil-water two-phase mixed flow under near horizontal conditions,which has a certain impact on the testing accuracy of conductivity probe array sensors,this article adopts a combination of oil-water two-phase simulation experiments and dynamic experiments to study the flow pattern changes and distribution characteristics of oil-water two-phase flow under near horizontal conditions.A new method for measuring cumulative oil flow rate in horizontal wells is proposed by studying the flow of oil-water two-phase flow in horizontal pipes at different angles of inclination,flow rates,and water content.(2)Based on the cumulative oil flow meter in horizontal wells,a dual array inclination optimization scheme is proposed and the corresponding geometric modeling is established.With this model,the fluid simulation experiment of oil-water two-phase flow under near horizontal conditions is carried out.Based on the visualization results of horizontal and near horizontal oil-water two-phase flow fluid simulation,simulation experiments are conducted to analyze the visualization results of oil-water two-phase flow fluid simulation.(3)Using COMSOL multiphysical field analysis software,the geometric modeling of the dual array conductivity probe array was established,and the geometric structure of a single conductivity probe was optimized.(4)Firstly,compare the results of theoretical calculations and simulation experiments under horizontal conditions to verify the correctness of the simulation experiments.Secondly,the proposed correction method was used to process the data,and the results before and after correction were observed and analyzed.Finally,the feasibility of the correction method was verified through quantitative analysis of errors.
