Shearer is an key equipment in underground mining and production of coal mine,but because of its high working strength and bad environment,it is easy to lead to serious pollution of lubrication and hydraulic system oil of equipment,which leads to the occurrence of friction and wear faults of shearer.It is found that the pollution control of equipment oil can effectively reduce the failure rate of equipment.In this thesis,aiming at the problem of oil pollution in shearer lubrication and hydraulic system,a set of automatic filtration and purification test device is designed,and a scheme of oil pump driven by emulsion is constructed to realize automatic and high-precision filtration of contaminated oil,which lays a foundation for the practical production and application of the filtration device.On the basis of analyzing the causes and deterioration mechanism of shearer oil pollution,and through analyzing the characteristics of various oil pollution methods,a set of deep filtration system of "first coarse and then fine" is designed.Determine the work flow of the system and design the overall structure of the filtration system.The combination of strong magnet adsorption and mesh filtration is designed as the coarse filter element,and the composite material of fiber and filter membrane is designed as the fine filter element.A mathematical model is established to analyze the influence of the structure and performance parameters of the filter element on the filter performance,which provides a reference for the structural design of the filter element.In view of the problems such as large volume,heavy weight and inconvenient handling of the existing underground power equipment such as explosion-proof motor,combined with the analysis of the working condition characteristics of shearer,an emulsion driven oil pump was designed as the power module of the test device.The scheme and structure of the emulsion driven oil pump are determined.According to the matching principle of the performance parameters of the pump head and the emulsion motor,the performance of the pump head and the emulsion motor are analyzed respectively to provide a theoretical basis for the design and selection of the two.Combined with the analysis and design of the filtration system,the three-dimensional structure model of the test device is designed by using Solid Works.According to the operation analysis of the power module and the filter device,the control demand of the filter system is clarified,and the automatic filter system based on S7-1200 PLC is designed to monitor the pollution degree of oil on line.The on-line monitoring module of oil pollution degree based on particle counting by shading method is constructed,and the structure of monitoring module is designed.Based on the analysis and selection of hardware modules,completed the selection of PLC,port address allocation,and peripheral circuit design,and use Step 7 and Win CC software to write the control system ladder diagram program and human-computer interaction interface.The representative oil samples of 320# gear oil and 68# hydraulic oil were collected from the shearer,and the filtration performance test platform was built to test and study the structural characteristics of the filter,such as seal and pressure resistance,flow impact fatigue resistance of the filter element.The filter prototype was made,the synergy between the filter module,the power module and the control module was debugged,and the filter performance of the device was tested.Based on oil analysis techniques such as pollution degree,moisture,viscosity and abrasive particles,the oil before and after filtration is tested,analyzed and compared to verify the purification effect of the filter device.The thesis has 71 figures,32 tables,and 82 references.
