Study On Green Transformation Path And Consequence Of Mountain Eagle Paper Industry

As a traditional manufacturing industry in our country,the problem of high energy consumption and high pollution caused by papermaking enterprises has attracted much attention from the society.How to control the pollution and the relationship between environmental performance and economic performance have become very important issues.Through the research,it is found that only according to the external policy conditions and the enterprise’s own resources to formulate reasonable environmental management behavior,can make the economic performance and environmental performance coordinated development.Therefore,based on social reputation theory,enterprise resource theory and other theories,this paper studies the green transformation path and transformation consequences of Shanying Paper.The study found: In terms of the company’s environmental performance,the disclosure of environmental information is more comprehensive and specific.The number of green innovations and investment in green projects of the company are constantly increasing,and the discharge of waste water and exhaust gas is decreasing year by year.Meanwhile,Shanying Paper has established a series of recycling systems to carry out centralized recycling,treatment and utilization of recyclable waste water and biogas.Centralized treatment of pollutants that cannot be used multiple times;In terms of enterprise performance,no matter it is market performance or financial performance,the green transformation of Shanying Paper has not significantly promoted it.During the transformation period,according to the signal transmission theory,the market value of the enterprise has been significantly increased,and the production efficiency of production equipment has been improved and the production cost has been reduced due to enterprise innovation.At the later stage of the transformation,on the one hand,affected by international trade friction and industry environment,and at the same time,the deepening of enterprise mergers and acquisitions business,the production cost of enterprises increases,enterprises have a large amount of goodwill,and a series of behaviors make the market performance and financial performance of enterprises show a downward trend.This paper puts forward the following suggestions:(1)improve the green R & D capability;(2)Pay attention to the financial difficulties of enterprises in green transformation;(3)Accurately formulate the environmental protection goals of the enterprise;(4)Increase the transparency of environmental protection information and strengthen the formation of corporate green reputation.
