| The winding machine is the key equipment connecting the two processes of spinning and weaving.The quality of the winding tube directly affects the production of downstream processes and the quality of the finished fabric.Yarn tension is an important factor affecting the quality of winding.This project takes a common high-speed winding machine as the research object,aiming to reduce the fluctuation of yarn tension during the winding process and optimize the yarn tension control system.At the same time,in order to solve the problem that some high-speed winding machines do not yet have the functions of fixed length winding and fixed diameter winding,a yarn packaging quantity prediction scheme is proposed.The main research content of the project is as follows:Through mechanical analysis of the mechanical structure of the winding machine,the main factors affecting yarn tension were identified,providing a theoretical basis for subsequent simulation,experiments,and control scheme research.In order to achieve the goal of reducing yarn tension fluctuations,auto disturbance rejection technology is applied to constant tension control of yarns.Compare it with the most commonly used PID control on the current winding machine through simulation and experimentation.Before simulation,the mathematical model of yarn tension control system is built by means of system identification.Compared to the mechanism based modeling,the model established by this method is closer to the input output characteristics of the actual control system.The simulation results on this model indicate that the auto disturbance rejection control can effectively reduce the amplitude of tension fluctuations during the winding start stage,while possessing stronger anti-interference ability.In order to verify the effectiveness of the simulation results,the experiments in the simulation were repeated on the winding machine,and the results further proved the superiority of active disturbance rejection control.In order to solve the problem that some high-speed winding machines do not yet have the functions of fixed length winding and fixed diameter winding.A yarn package prediction scheme based on overfeed structure has been proposed.The feasibility of this scheme was verified through experiments,and the accuracy of diameter control and length control of the scheme was tested.The experimental results show that this scheme has good accuracy in length and diameter control,with an error of around 2% for diameter control and around 4% for length control. |
