The tension and speed control system of the coating machine is the key to its ability to produce qualified products.As a multi-span winding system,the coating machine is not only interfered by the unknown disturbance of the industrial production workshop,but also there is the coupling of speed and tension between the subsystems.When modeling and designing its control strategy,unmodeled dynamic also needs to be considered.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the tension and speed control system of the coating machine for its product production.In this paper,the five-roll coating machine of Shanghai Aijun Machinery Co.,Ltd.is taken as the research object.Based on the relevant parameters of the machine collected in the workshop in the early stage,the tension and speed control strategy of five-roll coating machine is carried out through simulation.The appropriate control scheme was proposed and the production experiment was carried out on the workshop machine.The main research work and results are as follows:1.According to the conservation of the torque of the five-roll coating machine roll and the conservation of the mass of the conveyor belt,the mathematical model of the five-roll coating machine was established.At the same time,the relevant parameters of the five-roll coating compound machine of Shanghai Aijun Machinery Co.,Ltd.were collected as reference for subsequent simulation and experiment;2.The structure of the decentralized control system of the five-roll coating machine is designed,and the tension control is used as one of the modulation signals of the speed control loop in each roller system.As a benchmark,the PID-based coater control strategy was designed.At the same time,for the many interferences faced by the coating compound machine,a linear active-disturbance-rejection-based coating machine control strategy was proposed to achieve the estimating disturbance and eliminating it in real time,making the system simple and controllable.The tension output and speed output of the PID control system and the linear auto disturbance rejection control system are given under the given input,tension control disturbance and tension output disturbance,and the tracking performance and anti-interference performance are analyzed and compared.3.The PID and linear active disturbance rejection industrial controller was written.Based on the L02 series Mitsubishi PLC,the production test was carried out on the five-roll coating machine of the production workshop of Shanghai Aijun Machinery Co.,Ltd.In the case of the given tension and speed input,tension control disturbance and tension output disturbance,the tracking performance and anti-interference performance of the PID control system and the linear active disturbance rejection control system are tested,and the results are compared and analyzed.4.Designed the data acquisition and monitoring system for the coating machine,and published the data based on the browser/server architecture,realizing the remote reading of production data and remote writing of control parameters.
