Raw silk titer inspection is an important inspection process for raw silk quality inspection,mainly including average titer,titer deviation and maximum titer deviation and other indicators,the accuracy of the test results is directly related to the grading of raw silk.However,most of the raw silk titer inspection in China adopts traditional manual inspection methods,which need to gradually complete winding,knotting,winding up in twists,weighing and filling in the report,and the inspection steps are complicated,time-consuming and laborious.Although there are also new technology applications for raw silk titer inspection,they all have certain limitations.In view of the above problems,this paper designs a new type of continuous raw silk titer automatic detector on the basis of the current electronic balance weighing detection method,which can accurately obtain the titer value of each stranded raw silk only by manually loading the raw silk during detection.The use of this instrument for raw silk titer inspection can reduce manual intervention,effectively improve the inspection efficiency and reduce the workload of inspectors under the premise of ensuring the accuracy of inspection results.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The measurement method and performance calculation index of raw silk titer are analyzed theoretically,and the influencing factors of raw silk titer inspect results are obtained.The continuous cumulative reduction program is used for continuous detection of four strands per spindle.Then,combined with the specific requirements of raw silk titer inspection,the titer inspection scheme is designed,and the overall mechanical structure design of the instrument is completed.The instrument mainly includes winding device,anti-stacking raw silk shifting device,loose raw silk unwinding device,bobbin lifting device,real-time broken raw silk detection device and main frame.The detection error of the lever-type real-time broken raw silk detection device designed by mechanical structure combined with sensor technology is less than0.5 turns(0.11 den).(2)According to the actual detection needs of raw silk fiber inspection,the control system of the instrument is designed in combination with the mechanical structure,the functions of the system were determined,PLC is selected as the general controller of the whole system,and the inspection process and human-computer interaction interface of the instrument are designed.Developed a raw silk titer information management analysis software,the software can analyze and process the received titer data,and save the test information and test results in the My SQL database,inspectors can query the inspection results of raw silk according to the inspection needs,and can also directly export or print the corresponding inspection report.(3)A prototype of a continuous raw silk titer automatic detector is developed to verify and analyze the accuracy of the instrument.The accuracy of continuous cumulative weighing is compared,and the results show that the weighing error of the instrument is below 0.003 g(0.24 den),and the average error of each unit is only 0.001g(0.08 den).Then,the same batch of raw silk is detected by instrument and manual respectively,and the test results showed that there is no significant difference in the detection results of the two methods.The precision and uncertainty of the test results of the instrument are evaluated,and the average values of repeatability variation and reproducibility variation of the test results of the instrument are only 0.11 % and 0.12 %,and the uncertainty is 0.29 den(0.32 dtex).Experiments show that the test results of the instrument meet the requirements of raw silk titer inspection,simplify the inspection steps,and reduce manual participation.
