Raw silk linear density refers to the quality of raw silk per unit length,which indicates the thickness of raw silk long segments,and its detection results determine the quality level of raw silk.In the reeling enterprises,the linear density detection is mainly fed back to the reeling process through the detection results of small batch of raw silk samples,which provides data basis for adjusting the reeling process.The length and number of raw silk samples are not limited by the detection standard.At present,the raw silk linear density detection device based on weighing method is designed in full accordance with the national standard of raw silk detection,which can’t flexibly set the length and number of reels to be detected,and can’t meet the detection needs of Reeling Enterprises at this stage,and the device is large in size,inconvenient in operation,and the accuracy of detection results needs to be improved.Therefore,this paper designs a kind of raw silk density detection device for reeling enterprises.The specific research is as follows:1.Scheme and structure design of the device.The device adopts the principle of reducing weight method to measure the quality of the take-up on the winding mechanism,which is converted into the quality difference of the spindle before and after the raw silk winding.The length of the raw silk is measured by the number of the winding turns of the winding mechanism.Based on the above principle,the detection scheme and structure of the device are designed.The structure design mainly includes: the design of the winding mechanism,the design of the guide mechanism and the knot of the broken wire detection sensor shell Structure improvement.2.Control system design of the device.The design of control system mainly involves hardware circuit,control program and human-computer interface.The hardware circuit mainly includes: peripheral circuit of servo driver,driving circuit of stepping motor,sensor circuit of broken silk detection.In the control program design,the accuracy of the take-up length is improved by compiling the control program of servo motor zero calibration,speed control,turns correction,servo communication and debugging the gain parameters of servo motor.The development of human-computer interface makes the detection parameters of the device set flexibly according to the needs.3.Development of information management system for raw silk density.The system function mainly includes detect data processing and detect report output function.After the system receives the detect data sent by the single-chip microcomputer and generates the detect sheet,the detector can query,edit,delete,store,output reports and other operations on the detect sheet through the system,which meets the storage and management requirements of the detect data,and facilitates the detecter to analyze the detect data intuitively.4.Uncertainty evaluation and precision evaluation of device detection.According to the uncertainty source of the device detection,the standard uncertainty of each input is evaluated,and the uncertainty of the detection result is 0.39 dtex.Compared with the manual detection method,the detection uncertainty of the device is smaller and the accuracy is higher.The precision of the device is evaluated through the design reproducibility test and repeatability test.In the reproducibility test,the device test results of multiple groups of raw silk samples were compared with the manual test results.The mean difference of the variation coefficient of the test results obtained by the two methods was 0.102%.In the repeatability test,the device is used to repeatedly test multiple groups of raw silk samples,and the detected raw silk grade is compared with the original manual detection grade.The consistency rate of raw silk grade detected by the device is 77.5%.Two kinds of test results show that the reliability of the device is high. |
