Abstract/Summary:
With the increasing installed capacity of thermal power generation,the environmental problems caused by the consumption of fossil fuels are gradually increasing.In order to achieve the goal of zero discharge of desulfurization wastewater in thermal power plants,and to reduce the influence of high chlorine desulfurization wastewater on the corrosion of power plant equipment and the efficiency of desulfurization process,the research on dechlorination treatment technology and resource utilization of desulfurization wastewater is also developing.In this paper,the treatment of chlorine ion in power plant desulfurization wastewater is as the research objects,through experimental comparison,data analysis and practical application methods.After determining the indicators of desulfurization wastewater in the power plant,the desulfurization wastewater simulation solution was prepared according to the indicators.Then,the liquid-liquid extraction method was taken as the main research object,and the amine extractant N235 was used.The ratio of extraction agent,diluents and modifier is determined as 2:2:1,and the ratio of extraction phase to liquid phase is determined as 3: 1,but also according to different has been clear about the solution of sodium ion effects on the extraction efficiency and made clear the practical effects of the three-stage countercurrent extraction experiments found extraction on extraction efficiency of chloride ions can reach more than 75%,then using alkaline solution ammonia as an extractant,converts the chloride ion ammonia fat raw materials for recycling use.Subsequently,the solid-liquid extraction method was studied.Experimental analysis of macroporous resin,N235 extraction resin and mathematical analysis of supporting liquid film method were carried out to provide data support for the selection of solid phase extraction agent.By using the actual power plant desulfurization wastewater experiment,according to the experimental results of secondary treatment of desulfurization wastewater,the concentration of magnesium ions and sulfate ions in the solution is reduced;the overall extraction efficiency has been improved.Finally,according to the preliminary experimental data and experimental results,a treatment route using extraction rate dechlorination technology is designed to achieve the best extraction efficiency.In this paper,through the research and analysis of liquid phase extraction and solid phase extraction,the best ratio of extraction agent,the best working conditions,the most extraction method and reverse extraction efficiency.According to these studies,it can provide data support for power plants to choose extraction method as the dechlorination treatment technology of desulphurization wastewater,and also provide a basis for subsequent technical research.
