Study On The Influence Of Supply Chain Integration On Enterprise Performance Under Carbon Neutral Background

With the development of economic globalization,market competition is becoming increasingly fierce.With the vigorous development of Internet technology,the restriction of space and region has been broken.Supply chain management has become a strategic means for enterprises to improve their competitiveness and cope with the complex external market environment.As the core of supply chain management,supply chain integration can better coordinate external and internal production resources and improve the flexibility of resource utilization.In addition,supply chain integration can enable enterprises to have a more acute insight into the external market environment,respond to market changes accurately and quickly,and actively participate in market competition to obtain new external resources and seek new opportunities.At the same time,the rise of environmentalism has made high-quality sustainable development the theme of The Times.Enterprises should not only rely on supply chain integration of external resources,but also carry out green innovation activities of products,processes and management,catering to the market environment and customers’ green preferences to improve enterprise performance.Therefore,green innovation strategy is an effective means to achieve green and sustainable development,and is the only way for enterprises to transform and upgrade.Based on the above background,this paper constructs the relationship model of supply chain integration,green innovation,environmental regulation and enterprise performance,and further divides supply chain integration into two dimensions: external integration and internal integration.This paper conducted a survey on Chinese manufacturing enterprises and collected 240 questionnaire data.The relationship among supply chain integration,green innovation,environmental regulation and enterprise performance is discussed by using the structural equation model method with SPSS and AMOS software,and the specific mechanism of action is clarified.The results show that:(1)supply chain integration(external integration and internal integration)has a positive impact on enterprise performance;(2)Supply chain integration(external integration and internal integration)has a significant positive impact on the implementation of green innovation;(3)The implementation of green innovation has a significant promoting effect on enterprise performance;(4)Green innovation plays a partial mediating effect between supply chain integration(external integration and internal integration)and enterprise performance;(5)Environmental regulation has a positive moderating effect on supply chain integration(external integration and internal integration)and green innovation.Finally,management suggestions are put forward based on the empirical research results.First,enterprise managers should be deeply aware of the importance of supply chain integration and utilize external information,technology and other resources to improve enterprise performance.Second,the research confirms the mediating effect of green innovation.Enterprises should take the initiative to carry out green innovation to avoid risks,establish a good corporate image and build core competitiveness to boost the leapfrog development of enterprises.
