| Drilling is an effective way of gas drainage,due to the broken soft coal seam orifice is relatively weak,wet slagging discharge is easy to cause the collapse,broken soft coal use the dry bottom ash discharging system in drilling,dry wind discharge of large amount of dust produced by the serious influence on coal mine safety production and operation of the staff’s physical and mental health.The dust removal efficiency of cyclone dust collector can not reach the national standard,and the dust removal efficiency of bag dust collector will lead to excessive load.Therefore,how to reduce the broken soft coal seam drilling produce dust concentration has become a problem urgently to be solved in dry drilling.Aiming at this problem,this paper proposes a use of the existing air as broken soft coal seam directional drilling dust dry new train of thought,using a combination of cyclone separator and bag filter for dust removal.The main research results are:Taking the cyclone separation technique as the research object,a geometric model is established,Through fluent,dust collection rate is analyzed.According to the result of numerical simulation,cyclone dust collector prototype is designed,and then a relation need be verified,which is all parameters of a designed cyclone dust collector prototype with filter efficiency,in the end.The results show that the best height of cylindrical shell portion of cyclone is 1.5 times as same as the diameter of cylindrical shell portion of cyclone,and the best speed of dust at the entrance is 15m/s,at that moment,collection rate of simulation is 82.47%,and resistance is 500.76 Pa.filter efficiency of cyclone dust collection in the experiment is 80.22%,and resistance is 494.6 Pa.Taking the dry dust collector as the research object,the performance of the bag filter and the ash cleaning device was experimentally studied.The experimental results show that the resistance of the bag collector reaches a maximum of 1850 Pa when the speed is 15m/s,and the dust reduction efficiency of the bag collector reaches 99.60%.10 types of ash cleaning devices were tested,and the GT-25 pneumatic vibrator was obtained as the best cleaning device.Taking the power source as the research object,it is selected and the selected power source is studied in the laboratory.The experimental results show that the air amplifier is the most suitable power source,and the dual air amplifier can provide 2500 Pa negative pressure at the air supply pressure of 0.5 MPa at an air volume of 15m3/min to meet the power required by the dust collector.Subsequently,the entire unit was integrated and laboratory tested,and the total dust reduction efficiency was 99.4%.Finally,the performance of the dust removal system is further tested and verified in the field.The results show that the dust removal efficiency of the dry directional drilling dust remover is higher in soft broken coal bed,and the total dust removal efficiency is above 97%in the first 11 days,which greatly improves the working environment of the workers... |
