The natural gas produced by the natural gas replacement process in the sour natural gas station has the advantages of small gas volume,short production time,high recovery difficulty and cost.If cold venting is used for direct discharge,steam cloud is easy to form at the vent,resulting in accidental fire and explosion;If hydrogen sulfide gas is contained,the direct discharge of cold venting is likely to cause personnel poisoning.Therefore,the venting flare needs to be used for combustion treatment.At present,the venting flare of the natural gas station is mostly controlled by man-made remote ignition,with low intelligence.On the one hand,it may be easy to miss the best ignition time,resulting in sulfur-containing natural gas leakage accidents;on the other hand,it may be due to the low concentration of combustible gas in sulfur-containing natural gas components,and the inability to ignite automatically after the flare is extinguished,resulting in environmental protection and safety problems caused by the emission of sulfurcontaining natural gas,It is of great significance to develop an intelligent flare system for online monitoring(combustion and extinction)and intelligent ignition of flare combustion status.1.The flare combustion experiment was carried out by using the flare experimental device,and the critical value of flare gas combustion concentration was determined to be 26.03%.At the same time,in order to ensure the stable,reliable and continuous combustion of flare gas,the critical value of 27% of flare gas combustion concentration was determined as the signal of automatic ignition of flare system;2.The gas concentration sensor,flame detector and PLC logic controller are optimized,and the ignition device and control panel of the flare are designed.Based on the critical value of flare gas combustion concentration,the ignition logic of the flare is determined,using v4 0step 7 microwin SP9 software carries out PLC programming for ignition logic,develops experimental intelligent flare system,and realizes intelligent ignition of vent flare;3.According to the maximum flare gas treatment capacity of the project flare,the size of the project flare is calculated,and the overall structure of the project Intelligent flare system is designed in combination with the existing project flare ignition device;The upper computer configuration software is designed by using MCGS 7.7 software and PLC 200,and the intelligent vent flare system platform of sulfur-containing natural gas station is developed.The system has the functions of displaying process flow,historical data and alarm prompt,and realizes the on-line detection of combustible gas concentration and the on-line monitoring of torch combustion state(combustion and extinction).4.The experimental intelligent flare device is used to systematically verify the intelligent flare software system of sulfur-containing natural gas station from the aspects of manual and automatic ignition control program,gas concentration data acquisition and alarm response.It can realize the on-line detection of combustible gas concentration,on-line monitoring of flare combustion status(combustion and extinction)and real-time intelligent ignition of flare,It solves the prominent problems that the flare system of sulfur-containing natural gas station is easy to miss the optimal ignition time,resulting in sulfur-containing natural gas leakage accident.In case of low concentration of combustible gas in flare gas,the vent flare is extinguished,resulting in overflow and diffusion of sulfur-containing natural gas.It improves the safety,stability and reliability of flare combustion,eliminates the long open flame of flare,saves energy,and achieves the purpose of improving quality and efficiency. |
