With the increasing quality of life,people pay more and more attention to the health of sleep.Relying on automation technology and information technology to create a comfortable and healthy sleeping environment has become a hot topic.In the sleeping environment,the change of the mattress temperature has a significant impact on the thermal comfort of the human body.The existing temperature-controlled mattresses meet people’s needs for temperature adjustment in different seasons to a certain extent,but it is difficult to achieve accurate temperature in different areas.There are problems such as slow response to temperature changes,unscientific sleep cycle settings,and single control.Therefore,in order to meet the current sleep needs,a safer,more reliable,stable and intelligent temperature-controlled mattress is urgently needed to replace the traditional temperature-controlled mattress.This topic combines the sleep structure and the mechanism of human body temperature change,and designs an adaptive intelligent temperaturecontrolled mattress to improve the sleep comfort of the human body.The main research contents are as follows:1.The layout and function design of the temperature-controlled mattress.Aiming at the changing trends of human body temperature in different stages of sleep and the differences in temperature changes in various regions,combined with the characteristics of human sleep,this paper proposes a temperature control scheme for mattress partitions.Including the design of two parts of the temperature control mattress and the temperature control device,in which the mattress is divided into three main areas: the back,the hips and the legs,and the water pipes are laid according to the proportion of the human body,and the design of the temperature control device includes the adjustment of the main area.The layout and overall appearance design of the controller and the heating/cooling devices in each zone.2.Aiming at the problems of low integration degree and insufficient expansion ability of existing temperature-controlled mattresses,a temperature-controlled mattress system based on STM32F103RBT6 microprocessor is proposed.Fully considering the requirements of the temperature control system in terms of control accuracy and response speed,the cooling chip and heating tube and other devices are selected to have good temperature control characteristics.The hardware circuit takes STM32 as the core,and designs the main control circuit,drive circuit,protection circuit,temperature acquisition circuit,touch control circuit,etc.3.In order to facilitate the transplantation,call and debugging of the program,a modular and structured temperature control mattress system software is designed.In the mdk5 environment,the system realizes the program design of the temperature regulation process of each area of the temperature controlled mattress according to the three periods before,during and after sleep,as well as the subroutine design of the functions of safety monitoring,ambient temperature collection,mobile app,personalized mode and so on.4.Model establishment and algorithm of temperature control system.Aiming at the characteristics of large inertia and pure hysteresis of the temperature control system,a temperature control research method using fuzzy PID algorithm is proposed,and a temperature control mattress system model is established to improve the precision of temperature control.Aiming at the phenomenon that there is a temperature difference between the water pipe layer and the humanbed interface layer of the temperature control system,a heat loss calculation model of the mattress is established to provide temperature compensation for the system temperature control.5.Test in actual environment.The temperature-controlled mattresses were tested in winter and summer respectively,combined with objective physiological parameter changes and subjective evaluation methods of questionnaires,to verify the accuracy and stability of temperature-controlled mattresses under different ambient temperatures and the user’s perception of the temperature.Satisfaction level of thermal comfort of temperature-controlled mattresses.Experiments show that the temperature-controlled mattress system can improve the thermal comfort level and sleep quality of sleep,and the control accuracy and performance meet the expected requirements.The temperature-controlled mattress designed in this subject has been delivered to the enterprise for production and market promotion.
