Integration And Optimization Of The Protected Area In Wenzhou City

The construction of nature reserves has important value in the ecological protection and cultural spirit construction.In this research,based on the basic elements and development history of Wenzhou’s nature reserves,the relevant research and analysis were carried out on the integration and optimization of Wenzhou’s nature reserves by the methods of ecological environment assessment and spatial conflict analysis.In addition,some countermeasures and suggestions were put forward.The specific contents are as follows.(1)The research situation of nature reserves at home and abroad was analyzed,the natural resources and construction of various nature reserves in Wenzhou were summarized,and the construction process and characteristics of each stage of nature reserves in Wenzhou were summarized,which provided the basis for the analysis and research.(2)The Arcgis 10.2 was adopted to process the land use data for habitat quality evaluation,the importance of ecosystem services was evaluated based on the In VEST model,and the ecological protection vacancy was evaluated in combination with human activity disturbance and natural forest protection vacancy.The spatial conflict analysis was carried out by combining nature reserves,urban development boundary lines,ecological protection red lines,permanent basic farmland protection red lines and other factors.(3)Taking Yongjia County as an example,the integration and optimization of nature reserves was analyzed,and the three principles of applying the transformation of the old and new systems,doing a good job of integration and merging,and adjusting the scientific scope were summarized,and the integration ideas in Wenzhou were explored.In this research,the existing problems in the management and planning of nature reserves in Wenzhou were analyzed,and some strategies such as improving the quality of ecological network,perfecting the management mechanism,perfecting the guarantee system,promoting the development of rural ecotourism,promoting the coordinated development of rural areas,etc.,were put forward.In this research,the innovative nature reserve management system in line with the situation of Wenzhou is explored,and the optimization strategies of Wenzhou nature reserve system are proposed,which provides a basis for further clarifying the nature reserve systems and speeding up the overall planning of all nature reserves and other related research,and enriches the practice of integration and optimization research of nature reserves in Zhejiang Province.
