With the continuous improvement of the development level of global industrial informatization,the construction of industrial Internet and the realization of intelligent manufacturing have become the core of the development of global industrialization.Now,China is in a critical period of deep integration of industrialization and digitalization.In order to meet the demand for high-quality production of industrial products,almost all manufacturing industries in the world have applied industrial digital technology to the production workshops and carried out comprehensive quality information management.At present,most enterprises are not satisfied with the informatization ability of their quality management,such as the quality data distribution in the system is relatively discrete,the process quality control ability is weak,the quality anomaly tracing ability is poor,and the quality improvement ability is poor.Therefore,it is urgent to improve the quality management informatization ability of enterprises.In this paper,the production site of ammunition assembly workshop is taken as the application scenario,and the quality information management and control system of assembly process is developed based on J2 EE platform,which provides assembly production guidance and assembly model data support for assembly operations and its terminals,realizes the data interaction of each process in the assembly process.At the same time,the collected and fused multi-source data are intelligently analyzed and processed to guide the real-time assembly process.This system takes the quality prevention and control task in the process of ammunition assembly as the core work,conducts a detailed investigation and analysis of the quality management requirements of the enterprise,builds the overall structure level of the system,and clarifies the business function modules required by the system.The system structure is designed from three aspects: system architecture,functional modules.The core function modules of the system are analyzed by UML use cases,and then the logical model and physical model of the database are constructed.It is determined to use Spring Boot,Vue.js,My Batis and other integrated development frameworks for system development.The ammunition digital assembly quality information control system developed in this paper provides the basis of quality data analysis and decision-making for the assembly production process,and it provides the data basis for the geometric quantity,physical quantity excess and other problems in the assembly production process.It achieves the goal of tracing the cause of quality problems and reducing abnormal quality fluctuations.In addition,the quality control of workshop assembly process is realized,so as to improve the network,standardization and integration level of quality management and control of digital assembly workshop production process.
