High-speed cold roll-beating is a new type of green near-net forming technology.It utilizes the plasticity of metal at normal temperature and high-speed intermittent hitting of the billet by a high-speed rotating roller to achieve the purpose of no mold cumulative plastic forming.A processing and forming technology with broad application prospects.During the cold roll-beating process,the contact conditions between the rolling wheel and the blank are relatively complicated,so that the friction has an important influence on the forming quality of the cold rolled workpiece.In this paper,the friction mechanism of cold roll-beating is studied in the background of rack cold roll-beating process,which provides a theoretical basis for improving the quality of cold rolled beating parts.The mechanical model of the cold roll-beating process of the rack is established.The force of the rolling wheel during the cold roll-beating process is analyzed.The friction coefficient of the cold roll-beating process is obtained.The high speed cold rolling based on ABAQUS is established.The process finite element model is used to perform simulation analysis.On this basis,the rack cold roll-beating experiment under different process parameters was carried out.The simutation and experimental results were brought into the friction coefficient mechanical solution model,and the friction coefficient of the rack cold roll-beating process was solved by the mechanical inverse pushing method.,obtained a specific coefficient of friction.The correctness of the finite element simulation model and the accuracy of the friction coefficient solving method are verified by friction coefficient regression and friction and wear tests.The lubrication performance of the high-speed cold-rolling forming process was studied.By changing the lubrication conditions,the rotational speed of the rolling wheel,the feed rate of the rack blank,the surface roughness of the rolling wheel and the rack blank,the influence of the cold roll-beating of the rack was studied.The method of friction of the process obtains a method of reducing friction.Through the analysis of surface roughness,surface topography,surface residual stress and surface microhardness of a large number of formed parts,the influence of friction on the forming quality of cold rolled forming parts was studied,and the relationship between friction coefficient and the quality of formed parts was obtained.It provides important theoretical basis and guidance for improving the quality of cold roll-beating.
