In view of the problem that the end of ordinary rubber cylinder is prone to "gas explosion" in the process of high temperature,high pressure and gas drive,which leads to the failure of rubber cylinder and loss of sealing capacity,the structural design and Performance Research of the new rubber cylinder suitable for 5 1/2in casing are completed.The specific work is as follows:The innovative design variable element method is used to design the structural scheme of the rubber cylinder,and the optimum design is carried out for the quantity combination,the anti outburst form,the number of grooves outside the rubber cylinder and the material element of the rubber cylinder;Combined with 6 sets of ANSYS finite element simulation,the optimum design of the structure is carried out for the sealing mode,the number of inner grooves and the inclination of the loading surface of the end ring.The structure of the three wave "M" single rubber cylinder with the end double layer staggered slit anti outburst steel cover is determined.The new design rubber cylinder selects 7 structural parameters,and uses the finite element numerical simulation to simulate the sealing process of the rubber cylinder,which is composed of 33 groups of structural parameters and dimensions rotation.Through the analysis of single factor rotation results,the orthogonal optimization table with 5 factors and 3levels is determined.The optimal structural parameter combination of new rubber cylinder is obtained by 18 groups of orthogonal combination simulation optimization.The optimized rubber cylinder structure scheme was tested by seal test under 120 ℃ and 50 MPa.The results show that the sealing capacity of packer rubber cylinder is 50 MPa under 120 ℃temperature resistant condition,and the end steel cover completely expands the wrapping rubber cylinder,and achieves the design goal.The indoor sealing test of the new rubber cylinder was carried out by JY445 test tool.Under the pressure difference of 120 ℃ and 50 MPa,the sealing of rubber cylinder has no obvious pressure relief.The anti outburst steel cover at both ends expands completely to open the rubber cylinder,and the sealing test of the two ends of the rubber cylinder is successful.The new structure rubber cylinder has achieved the design goal of high temperature and high pressure gas injection packer. |
