Abstract/Summary:
Steam,as an important energy component of petrochemical enterprises,undertakes the task of providing power,electricity,heat,process steam and other tasks to the process production system of enterprises,and consumes most of the energy of enterprises.At the same time,the generation of steam is often accompanied by a large amount of greenhouse gas emissions,contributing to global climate change.According to data survey,the petroleum processing industry ranks fifth among the top 20 industries in terms of carbon emissions.Because of the change of global climate,integrating carbon emission reduction into sustainable development has become a global consensus.And steam system optimization will inevitably become the main direction of carbon emission reduction in petrochemical enterprises.To realize the optimal configuration and reasonable operation of steam system,can significantly reduce the energy consumption and material consumption of petrochemical enterprises,reduce the energy cost of enterprises,reduce carbon emissions,and improve the economic benefits and market competitiveness of enterprises.Based on the investigation of the steam system operation of a refinery and the operation process of each device,this paper found the problems existing in the steam system of the enterprise and proposed the corresponding optimization scheme.The main work is as follows:(1)This paper summarizes the current situation of China’s energy and steam system,sorting out the steam system optimization measures of petrochemical enterprises at the present stage,and provides theoretical support for the subsequent steam system optimization of specific enterprises.(2)Systematic investigation of the current situation of the steam system of an enterprise,and through the comparison with the same type of advanced enterprises in the industry,from the perspective of heat combination,heat supply and other problems found in the steam system of the enterprise.(3)Based on the complexity and fluctuation of steam system itself,steam system optimization is difficult to be systematized and formulated.Device for Steam is produced with the optimization of regulation mainly on experience value,there is no system of comparison and the Analysis of the accurate Steam production link is difficult to get reasonable data used to support the optimization of Steam etc.Put forward based on Analysis of "guiding" model Steam optimization and Operability Analysis(STEOP),and applied to the research enterprise.(4)In view of the problems found in the steam system of the research enterprise,the corresponding optimization measures are put forward and the energy saving amount is calculated by energy conversion under the condition that all the optimization measures are implemented.It is estimated that after the implementation of the optimization scheme proposed for enterprises,the total energy saving is equivalent to 18565.55 t of standard coal or144375.29 t of 1.0MPa steam,and the carbon dioxide emission can be reduced by 47156.50t.
