Dahongshan Iron Mine in Xinping County,Yunnan Province is the iron ore area with the abundant reserves known iron ore reserves in China.At present,the Dahongshan iron ore mine is mainly based on iron processing,and the gold components associated with iron ore have not been recovered,mainly because the associated gold ore grade is ultra-low,and the existing beneficiation technology is difficult to effectively recover gold,so gold has been flowing to the tailings reservoir with the iron dressing tailings,which has caused waste of resources.As a precious metal,gold occupies an important position in the national economy.With the continuous development of society,the demand for gold is increasing,and gold resources are gradually exhausted,so at this stage,we have begun to pay attention to the recycling of low-grade and difficult-to-recover gold mines.In order to further improve the resource utilization rate and improve the economic benefits of the dressing plant,this paper conducts a mineral processing experimental study on the ultra-low-grade associated gold in the Dahongshan iron dressing tailings,and carries out the key technology research to improve the recovery efficiency of associated gold in the iron dressing tailings.The research results of this paper are not only conducive to improving the economic benefits of iron ore beneficiation in Dahongshan in Yunnan,but also provide theoretical guidance for the efficient development and utilization of similar ores.In this paper,the chemical composition,phase of the material,structure and particle size distribution of the raw ore were detected and analyzed by X-ray fluorescence spectrometer,X-ray diffractometer,scanning electron microscope,mineral parameter automatic analyzer and other analytical methods.The results of ore mineralogy showed that the ore was mainly composed of quartz,albite,muscovite,chlorite,biotite,titanium-bearing magnetite and magnetite,and the gold content was extremely low.Mineral inlays have a fine particle size and are mainly found in monomeric form.Based on the study of process mineralogy properties and the premise of improving the enrichment efficiency of gold,the gold dressing equipment of blanket was optimized,and the influence of the optimization of the structural parameters of the gold dressing chute,the type and number of days of use of the blanket,the cleaning method and time interval of the blanket on improving the enrichment and recovery of associated gold in the iron-dressing tailings were systematically studied.Through comprehensive analysis of the research results,the optimal gold enrichment recovery process conditions and parameters were obtained.The best process conditions for the enrichment and recovery of associated gold in iron tailings are: the best gold enrichment effect is achieved under the condition that the chute slope is 18°,the blanket material is pure wool blanket,the replacement cycle of the blanket is 30 days,and the blanket fiber direction is reverse wool,the grade is enriched from 0.03g/t to 41.5g/t,and the gold concentrate yield reaches 190kg/d.Blanket cleaning adopts reciprocating blanket cleaning machine,cleaning interval of24 h / time,can improve the efficiency of gold selection,reduce labor costs.The enrichment technology of ultra-low-grade associated gold in the iron dressing tailings of Dahongshan was studied and successfully applied in industry.
